I was wondering, How can I mirror a texture?
Also, If I wanted a door to make a different sound besides the generic ones they give you in hammer, how could I add a sound for it?

I was wondering, How can I mirror a texture? You use a negative texture scale.
use null/bevel on the inside faces that you don't see,Unnecessary, they'll be deleted anyway since they're within the same entity.
that one door that has only a half of the textureIs this a texture in halflife.wad? What is its name? Because I can't think of any like you're describing.
Well, the texture i'm talking about has no opposite side.Neither does the one in my example. If you try the above steps with texture lock on, it will work for you...
You can mirror the texture of a door like above by using texture lock and rotating brushes with that door texture around. You dont have to have another texture.YES! =)
Or make the number in the texture's scale negative. It'll flip.never knew that... neat! =)
