It's a highly customizable GUI suite for your desktop. Everything you see on TJB's desktop is a Rainmeter element, except for the task bar.

Just replaced my smaller second monitor with another 1280x1024 monitor from my parent's house, so I finally have 2 monitors with matching resolutions.
