I put trinity engine on my mod and on other mods i downloaded and it works fine with other mods (and my mod too, but only on default hl 1 maps) but when i try to load one of my own maps for my mod, my game crashes.

I get this message saying something about "paranoia's sh*tty opengl32.dll was detected" and something about that conflicting with light maps. i looked online for default opengl32.dll but couldnt find it. and how would i solve this "light maps" prob. (i dont really know what that means :))

please help me thank you :)

Are you sure you need OpenGL32? In my folders, I don't need this file, I don't have it actually.

There's a better version of the HL engine that has all the new features of the trinity engine as well as many more, and it's much more stable and reliable.
It actually came out many years before the trinity engine and has received regular updates ever since. You might say its very existence makes the trinity engine completely pointless.

Interesting thing: Remove the opengl.dll (or rename it). It should fix the problem. Half-Life itself doesn't have that file. It uses the system's one.

Not too sure about trinity. Never tried it.

I have Trinity and no OpenGL.dll. Trinity don't seems to need other files than the ones in his mod folder. That's one of his advantages about Paranoia.
