How can I get .wad file out of maps, if decompiler doesn't work?

If the map has been compiled with wadinclude I don't think you'd be able to.

Actually with decompiler, it gives out .wad files, so it must be possible.

The best method is to ask the author to supply them to you. Which map?

bsp2map gives you WAD file no matter what, either the decompile failed or succeeded.
