I've said it before other places - This is not a good way to have your voices heard, and could damage relations between Marc Laidlaw and Valve. Please stop this.

Yeah, not a smart move at all. What do people expect to come of this? I forsee tension between Valve and Laidlaw and restrictions on / removal of the public review system.

Maybe they'll finally tell us more than "we communicate through our products".

I don't know that this means anything. The same sort of bollocks has occurred with other games, this is nothing new. (Can't think of an example right now, but I'm sure I've seen it.) It might be stupid and generally a bad idea, but it seems unlikely that it'll have any critical ramifications.

Yep, silly people posting low review scores is typical and means nothing, it won't affect anything one way or the other.
