If it wasn't released within the mod's files then I doubt it. If there are any contact details within the readme or other documents, try contacting one of the devs.

If Urby's plan failed, last option would be to open the BSP files in an advanced text editor (like Notepad++), find the entities lump and use it to make a FGD based on HL's.

Turns out the mod he has is called Gangster Wars, not Gangsta Wars. It's not the same mod :/

You should mean "gang wars" is a hl1 mod which haven't got bots
