I'm working on a mod and have a bunch of relics that can be found in several different maps. Is it possible to have these counted as the player collects them and have the total number of them found displayed at the end of the mod? And if not displayed, can they trigger a door to open to give rewards, etc?

I doubt that is possible because every solution to such a problem i saw was either a coded sequence (Like button doors in Duke Nukem , you finish one area and locate a code for an door located in a different map for example) or a completely separate map in the whole.
