Instead of flat, straight asphalt i want curvey terrain like in UT2004, but how do i make it?

That isn't bump mapping. The effect you want is outlined here.

I dont wanna use the old method.

And i actually found out how to do it:

"Ok I've played around a little so will try and explain basically how it is done. Bring up the texture application tool and go to the displacement tab. Now select the face you wish you turn into a displacement surface. Click create and you will be prompted to enter a power, which will determine the number of points on the surface that you can lower or raise. Now select paint geometry and you can move around a little select thing. Left clicking and moving the mouse will raise points, while right clicking will lower points. You can increase the size of the selection tool by using alt and left mouse dragging. Play around with other options to get the grip of it."

But i cant figure out how to make to textures overlap each other so you can paint the fading... Lige grass that slowly fades into dirt. It has something to do with those blend textures, i just cant get it to work...

Er, mentioning that you are mapping for CS:S would've helped.
