I have a multimanger that triggers:
-2 doors closed
-1 elevator sound on
-4 lights on and off
-4 sounds on and off
-1 elevator sound off.

If i have everything together in the same mm, certain things don't work. Like one time, the doors won't open, or another time, only one of the elevator sounds will work.

If i split it up into 3 separate mms, then it seems to work. seperating the elevator sounds and the doors from the others seems to make it work. Should i have to do this?

Is there a maximum number of actions or types of actions a mm can "safely" perform?

i always thought it was around 16
but if 3 using separate mm's works, then do it.

Nothing is stopping you from using 3, is there? Apart from inconvenience.

The maximum number of entities a mm can handle effectively is 8. You can add more but as you experienced, they can become unstable.

But yeah, there's nothing to say you can't use more than one.

Says 16 in the code, though guess you can't be sure.

I used to have multi_managers with up to 15 entities in their list and they worked. But sometimes I could get the entity space error ( don't remember correctly its name)

Hmmm, it may have been updated since I read that in PCGamer about 9 years ago. :P

Still, i've never needed to go beyond the limit.

This happened to me when I made the timer in the entity challenge. I had about 50 triggers for each mm. The only way I could get it to work was to have a seperate mm for each entity.
