Finally finished.

It's still blocky and quite pants, but I'm pretty tired of fiddlin' with it.

1 object
1005 polys w/meshsmooth
3742 polys w/1 iteration--the one in the middle ;)

Download.

Nice. Looks a lil blocky, but it's very nice overall... :D

Could do with better smoothing, but it looks good.

Got a wireframe screenshot?

Excellent for your first model! There are serval errors i can see, mostly the smoothing, i think you did the same thing that spag did with his model.

And for those interested, my laguna is almost done:

I believe i already did, atm i do not have the time to take on suck a project, considering a single model usualy costs a couple of hours to create, including modeling, texturing, and compiling.

Oh...ok.

Edit:

I have a better idea. I'll download Gmax and make it my self! :)

For low-poly models Milkshape might be a better choice, Elon. Creating models doesn't cost hours - creating good ones (and especially creating good textures for it) can be time-consuming though.

Yeah, its the whole process i was talking about.

Yeah I got milkshape but I'm not sure it's not expaired! Every time I enter the program it says it needs two minutes to register the program but it never does that and when I exit the program it says it's expaired. I'll try using milkshape! :|

Open milkshake, let it idle for 5 minutes, in fact dont even touch your computer for that 5 minutes, then exit milkshape and restart.

Cool...thanks,I'll try to register milkshape like that! :glad:

Edit:

I waited for two hours...should a window popup?

Edit#2:

After along time of waiting the computer stopped working and it didn't register yet so I decieded to use Gmax! I passed the first tutorials secsessfully and it was fun! :D

I can make models for Hl1 with Gmax, right? Is it just harder?? :

You need to export it to a .smd file, still havent figured this out myself.

Nothing pop-ups with milkshape, just read it in the manual, wait for 2 minutes and then restart.

Ohhh...whoops I'll try again for I started to like milkshape! :glad:
