The name is wrong, this should be moved to func_healthcharger.

This kinda sucks, it goes for buttons and weapons too. You can activate or equip these through any surface even a solid wall, UNLESS it's 48 units thick. The only weird workaround is to create a 32 thick clip brush, then place it next to a 8 thickness wall or 16 thickness, reducing the clip brush accordingly.
