Whaha, the infamous train travel limit. Yes you did'nt knew that, did'nt you? A func_train has a travel limit. When it goes over that limit, the train suddenly stops moving, but the actual hull keeps moving, its like a ghost, or a spirit of the train. But there is an easy fix for this. Just add an origin brush to the train and the tavel limit is gone.
And i know, don't say a word. I just had to post this.

Wow, very nicely done and great custom textures. I've never played gta, but i'm sure the likeness is very complete. A couple things I noticed:
-palm tree texture was missing for me... the tops were pink and black checkerbox -palm trunks textures could be tweaked, unless you 'staggered' them on purpose. -scale is a little off in the room ajacent to the elevator by the beach--chairs look huge, desk looks tiny -you forgot to clip the right side of the beach, so players can't see the edge.
Overall, this map was quite well done imo, and refresingly different from the norm!

Ok, to make up for that little mistake, I just download CS (caused me great pain) and tested out the map. I think it deserves the original 4 stars I gave it: I like the layout and style, good use of details (chairs and stuff) Lightings alright too. Overall could be better!

Me agrees with Daubster. I played with my clan so i can post a better Gameplay rating tho.
+Gameplay - Many approaches to the bombsite can be good and bad. Good because it creates strategic thinking for the CTs, bad because ts are often over powered. this is countered by lots of places for Ts to hide and defend. Great map

Great stuff. My review: ********************** + Architecture. Not too blocky and quite detailed for a cs map. Great work! Lots of props and nice design inside the buildings. The chairs , barrels and some crates are a bit oversized, though. You could make them small enough to jump on although it's not very necessary. + Texturing. It all looks nice, textures aren't too streched and they all fit. + Lighting. Very good for a night map. Bright enough in most places. + Layout. A little tricky, but very interesting. The bomb sites have lots of different approaches. + Gameplay. Definately nice. Not much to say about this part, just that it's good. I loved to walk on the edges of the buildings. +/- Theme. It's a rather unoriginal theme.. Kinda cbble and havana - ish. - Ambient sounds. Add some.. Some wind sounds outside or a radio playing some old melody (not from cs_italy, plz! > <) inside would make the atmosphere of the map better. *************************** All in all - a really completed and interesting map. Great work! 5 stars!

Great mod, I couldn't play all of it, I stoped when I got to the invinseble brush that stoped me from passing through some hallway betwen 2 doors. I bet that's the place where you guys say that you need to use noclip. I didn't have time to restart though.
And, as Hunter said there is an invinseble brush in the apache map.
Review: +Architecture +Looped scripted_sequences! I liked that one a lot. +Some puzzles +Texturing +Placing of enemies +/- Broken glas, Looked a bit weird scince you could see the brush sides, but, a good effect. +/- Could have used some more weapons but at least there was no "weapon spam" -Got stuck once, and, while teleporting to the place with the big gun, I got weapon striped, and the second time I did it, I was allowed to keep my weapons. -In the apache map you could see the end of the channels and tuch the skybox, :/
no what i meant by the tram spinning out of control its my computers fault i got a really old video card and yea i got stuck in the tram a few times as well

-To few info_nodes I think, the monsters navigates bad. -Sitting scientist was sinking in to the chair and the hands where inside the desk (hart to make though) -Teleport problems. -In the end, you saw that the place/walk that you where in stoped, there was a big wall in the way.
Teleporting problems: When I jumped through the last teleport that leaded to the place where the garg was. I went stuck in a wall. I dunno why but it worked the second time.. :S
In all, great mod, but where were the new models? :S Worth a 4,5, wich is rounded of to 5.

i got past everything without cheats on hard mode so i was super happy and what did i get after what i had felt was a nice big acomplishment? a really sour ending that i believed was a bug. -1 star for that.
Also, there is a random clip brush in the appache fight scene and there is no ladder to climb up if you fall into the water (although you CAN get up if you expose one of HL's bugs by climbing up the sloped surface using the strafe keys alternately) - 1 star for that I preferred chickemix 1 but this was a a good game. let down by a series of easily changable bugs/crap endings.

Nicely done. It looks cool, although you could have clipped the targets so that they would be more like the player. And I agree with Capn' P - there must be something blocking the players from shooting each other. Good work, anyways..

The Terrain was great!
Lighting was a little off though... I sugest using more of a mix between tex_lights and point_lights. You can really make them work together.
