Uh... Modeling software, I guess. Terragen isn't capable of doing buildings on it's own, and it doesn't have an importer for models.
You may be able to do it with imported heightmaps and a complex set of ground textures, but that's beyond the scope of this tutorial and my skill in Terragen.

It's good, you've done a good job recreating that area from just a single screenshot. The ambiance is nice as well, something that Goldsource usually lacks. It's not the most beautiful map, and there's not gameplay, but as far as faithful recreation goes, it's 100%

Edited journal. Heavily. New vegas? I haven't really seen enough to have an opinion. EDIT: I am now downloading games for windows live. Which I didn't have before, since steam is better, I don't have internet on my PC, and I wouldn't want to play with Xbox live users anyway. (And how does multiplayer work for a SP RPG?) If that doesn't work, then... I don't know what I'll do. Probably something violent towards my computer.

Yeah, my only complaint with the mechanics are that 1) You can't quick travel while indoors 2) You can't quick travel while enemies are in the cell, even if you haven't engaged them 3) You can't buy food from the Megaton store, which is the only one I've found so far.
