Looks awesome, and amazing job on the teaser video!

Can we possibly have some more in-game stills?(like an imgur album or whatev) Hopefully soon though, TWHL will have the ability to upload more than one screenie ;)

I'll try to actually play it soon as i can! =P

This is very neat - I really like the aesthetic design. It's a very ambitious map and while the brushwork is very simple, it doesn't really count against the quality except in a few places where the detail is just a little bit too sparse. You chose a look and you stuck to it, though, and that is awesome.
Aside from a few props being comically large there's really not much else to say about brushwork.

Lighting is perhaps a bit too dark in places which could potentially ware a bit thin over time.

Gameplay-wise, I only tested it alone so I can't be completely sure but it seems way, waaay too linear for counter-strike. There are only really two paths for terrorists to go and that combined with the CT's pre-existing height advantage I expect rounds would be extremely one-sided.

Overall, very cool design and an enjoyable place to explore, but I can't see it becoming a gameplay hit.

Looks awesome, I love The Prodigy. In fact it's the only band I actually recognise from the line up you sparsely mentioned.

Nootropic = Smart Drugs.

Nootropics, also referred to as smart drugs, memory enhancers, neuro enhancers, cognitive enhancers, and intelligence enhancers, are drugs, supplements, nutraceuticals, and functional foods that purportedly improve mental functions such as cognition, memory, intelligence, motivation, attention, and concentration.[1][2] The word nootropic was coined in 1972 by the Romanian Dr. Corneliu E. Giurgea,[3][4] derived from the Greek wordsnous, or "mind," and; trepein meaning "to bend/turn". Nootropics are thought to work by altering the availability of the brain's supply of neurochemicals (neurotransmitters, enzymes, and hormones), by improving the brain's oxygen supply, or by stimulating nerve growth.

Other than that, FUCKING AWESOME!! I never expected anything, my dad and sister helped my through the map. THIS WAS AWESOME! I envy you and the other mappers.. This was sooo awesome.. TwT

Archie has often taken inspiration from real world locations for his maps and has really outdone himself with the last room. It is identical to his bedroom in real life! Bravo.

I apologize for that annoying feat, but I couldn't conceive a more "friendly" path blocker in such a short time frame. The project should have been much bigger anyway, I made a lot of cuts.
The gas pipe seems unrealistic, I know. I just forgot to configure the env_steam :)).

Difficult map. Kind of unfair with the walkway being instant death even though the deadly gas doesn't entirely touch it in crouching distance.

Same for the instant death from the gas at the pipe.

This has to stand out as the most creepy map posted this year.

The caves were fun, the landscape simple, yet effective. I can't agree with the HDR lighting, it's a bit too harsh in places. Overall a balanced, creepy map!

For such little time, I give this a fiver.

"The content" made me think twice about Archie's mind.

Not bad for only 5 hours. It was nice and challenging. I had some missing model errors but I'm not sure why.

Kinda creepy but it gave me a really good laugh.
Thanks Archie! XD

I used 512*512 and 1024*32. No problems whatsoever. However, to prevent HL from resizing them, set gl_max_size to 1024.
Commented 10 years ago2013-12-27 20:51:29 UTC in wiki page: Goldsource Error: Unknown Command: VMod Enable Comment #101169
This command is handled by VoiceGameMgr. In singleplayer or early HL SDK it's not hooked to console, so it does not exist. Can be ignored. I've fixed this issue in my mod.
Commented 10 years ago2013-12-27 20:49:33 UTC in wiki page: Goldsource Error: WARNING! sound/mapsounds/arc_t Comment #101166
It's NOT meaningless!
Half-Life ONLY accepts 11025 8bit mono and 22050 8bit mon sounds!
16bit or stereo samples will not load (may crash the game), and other sampling rates will make the engine RESAMPLE the sound to 11025Hz! It will sound EXTREMELY BAD, so please, NEVER use 44100hz wavs in HL1!
