Wait, you can't print pizza or cake?! TAKE IT BACK ;P
Cool idea making molds with this, nice first print!
It would be fun to make custom action figures like you were saying, and then add articulation and paint afterwards.. Would you be able to make weapons and accessories for 4" GI JOE figures, or would those be way too small? On the big side i would probably try to make a helmet/mask, even if you had to do it in stages..
Nice mouse btw, I have the same one in my laptop bag.. And don't think we didn't notice those nasty chew cans: BAD ZEEBA! BAD ZEEBA IS A BAD ZEEBA! =PP

I must say I really like the atmospheric lighting, is that stock HDR or did you use some other trickery?
I won't comment too much since it's alpha and I only played it briefly, but I think your off to a really good start, and wish you luck on your future progress
BTW, I'm missing some textures and models, but this may be because I recently installed GMOD, OR, do i need an addon pack for them to show up maybe?

I see your point they are different games. It would still possibly be better than flooding the mapvault with 3 of basically the same map, but no big deal.
I retract my original comment, and again, welcome

Welcome to TWHL!
An interesting spin on dust, I really like the colors. May I recommend since these maps are all closely related, why not release them as a mappack instead?

I'm in the map now, please let me know how your testing the effect, so I'll do the same. Meantime, a couple of ideas you can try:
1. Use a trigger_changetarget to nullify the button after the first use maybe? 2. use a func_wall_toggle to physically block the use of the button after the first use?

Just played this finally! Really, really awesome stuff, especially the scanner thingie! The environment part of the map is also pretty incredible; did you use a terrain generator at all or all by hand?
Anyhoo, great work man, this could have easily taken a prize, extremely creative work sir! =P

I like my droid Razr M because it fits in the small pocket of my jeans, otherwise I agree you should get the S3. (droid razr m also has a fabulous camera, but I suppose most phones do nowadays)

Make them part of the window, i.e. select the CLIP(s) and func_door, Ctrl+t to attach them.
BTW use may want to use NULL instead of CLIP, else you may get a compile error; VHLT33 will allow you to use CLIP brushes as part of entities, ZHLT3.4 will not, so use CLIP with VHLT, and NODRAW with ZHLT

If what you were saying is the transparent glass window doesn't close at the same time as the other door, try attaching invisible clip brushes to the transparent door(so it's the same width as the actual door), and they will slide at exactly the same time.
If you're saiying you don't want that edge sticking out of the door jamb, try adding negative Lip, e.g., a value of -5.

^ I have definitely "mistreated" my phones before, they are pretty tough! Except for the screens cracking they seem almost indestructible, especially with any kind of case.

Well done, you are the HL entity MASTER!
Since func_doors WILL NOT activate trigger_multiple, func_button, NOR func_breakables for my backward solution, I'm gonna try using Stojke's method of employing env_beam and a shootable button to detect the position of the doors.
Satch: Good for you man I'd love to go there myself

Nice work on the update! The timing seemed very fluid and believable for pretty much everything, and the ending is a smash =P
Great fun, we should do this again some day
I like your brushwork btw, very nice prefabs ya got there pardner ;P

Also all this talk of coding makes me want to learn to code, but I have no idea what language to start with.. I think someone here recommended C#?
You can also download youtube specials for offline viewing/listening on your phone. (many documentaries in general are great with audio only)
Tons of great audio books out there too... The Game of Thrones audiobooks alone would occupy you for months
