Ok, so the graphics are amazing. Now fully simulate those environments physically. Scenery like that doesn't count for shit if I can't blow chunks out of it or spatter it with the blood of my enemy.

Speaking of "The Core issue," the issue with The Core is it isn't finished. The referendum is over Archie. Stop pissing about with politics and get back to work!

@Dimbark: I didn't want the crossbow to dominate the map from the tower so if you want to get up there and snipe you need to work for it. That's also why neither of the towers can see more than 50% of the map.

I gotta say Archie, you've outdone yourself with this 2014 revamp of your classic. I haven't had a decent length game on it yet but it seems to retain the crazy fast paced action in the hallways with the conventional firearms , as well as the contrasting open combat in the main arena with the RPG, Crossbow and Gauss. Extremely well done, especially for 4 days work.
However, the light bridges. I guess you need to get murdered or something... yeah...

Thanks guys. I actually wrote this over a year ago and I just found it again today. I probably could have done with a proof read first but I was at work so I couldn't really.

Nope. Playing F:NV at the moment too. Running the latest version and graphics card drivers. It's crapped out once when entering a new area but that's it.

I recommend blender. Free, open source, fully documented and tutorialised online.
Used it to make some very basic models for The Core. It's quick to learn and I would no doubt be using it for more complex models were it not for me being a giant, ham-fisted, man baby.

Archie has often taken inspiration from real world locations for his maps and has really outdone himself with the last room. It is identical to his bedroom in real life! Bravo.
Inside: OMG, squee!
Never underestimate the impact of a missing comma... I would not like that job.
In all seriousness though, that seems like a very reasonable price at around £1270 GBP. Should easily run max settings on any modern title.
Couldn't tell you about 3D rendering though I'm afraid.
Screw you, Archie.
Also, your assumption was correct. Archie stated that the majority of 16 - 24 year olds voted yes and the majority of 65+ year olds voted no.
Human extinction?
Ridiculous lols in here.
2. Download Brutal Doom.
3. Wonder how you ever got by without it.
On second thought, you could use a monster generic for that too right?
Also, just out of curiosity, do you guys get a day off today?
On the other hand, OM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM
@Archie: Not a bad idea... Hmmm...
However, the light bridges. I guess you need to get murdered or something... yeah...
(I jest, I'm fine with them being there.)
Falling Out with Urby. Fart Poo (Part 2)
I wasn't going to make the Vaas comparison but someone else already did so I'm just going to smile and nod.
Oh bollocks! I fucked up again!
