10 reasons why gay marriage is wrong

1) Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning.

2) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.

3) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.

4) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.

5) Straight marriage would be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Britney Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed.

6) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren't full yet, and the world needs more children.

7) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.

8) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America.

9) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.

10) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.

I'd say get a new computer without any OS and download acquire it yourself. Not worth putting money into it, no matter what OS you decide for.

Why complicate things with FF or Safari when IE7 is up to the job now?
FF is still more secure than IE (and I do believe faster), and just as simple to use. It's not like you have to bother with extensions unless you want to.

The anti-aliased fonts really bug me... especially since they don't even look good on Safari. Hell, the IE7 ones are better.

He promotes a free-market society, what is wrong with that?
Nothing wrong with it, I just don't support it in areas like education, healthcare, etc. Socialism wins.

The 3.5 beta is as stable as 3.4. You just replace the exe and receive bacon functionality. By the way, the "wrong" compile tools? There's only one proper set of compile tools, and those are ZHLT. Use them.

You should be maimed for having JPEGs open in photoshop alone. Then there's the cluttering of icons, horrible wallpaper, and default XP theme. For shame.

You can assign hotkeys from XP itself, by right-clicking a shortcut (like a start menu item) and going into properties. Then there's 3rd party programs that allow more customisability.

Permissions in Windows are a bitch, especially in a domain environment. Are you in one? :P

Anyway, make sure you're in the right group (administrators) with the right privileges (administrator) and it should work. Tried creating the directory before you install? :P

Pretty interesting. Seems like he's rallying big support online but is failing nationwide. For shame, I always liked libertarians, even though they're blatantly economically conservative.

Conservatism ftl, indeed, but when the choices are this bad, you'd have to vote on a personal level instead of ideological. I agree though, it'd bear heavy to have to vote conservative... thank god I don't live there.

Neoconservatism, Project for the New American Century etc. Scary stuff.

Although I have my doubts about some (most) of Jahzel's conspiracy theories, the fact that PNAC is such an active organisation in the US govt. is worrying enough to vote for this guy. He's my favourite so far, although Obama does have sexy ears...
Clinton just hates videogames, I haven't paid attention to anything she does.

God, Tosse, you really need to pick up on web standards, and you know, doing websites like they weren't done in 1996. Frames are bad - deal with it. Ask the W3C or the Web Standards Project or generally people who know how to make websites. If you're still not convinced, have a look in #css or #html on freenode. Those guys are pretty much all paid web designers, who actually keep up with web design, unlike you.
Tosse, until I see you come up with something like this, I'm going to respect Loffe's opinion on web design more than yours.
I would say "ZING", but that wouldn't be very classy of me.
Srsly, gb2 table layouts ffs.
