Hey guys! So, as I have been following the P2 mapping community, I have been testing with the In-Game Movies, just like in the elevators and such, and I got them to work, after a huge google search I Have come to the conclusion I am the first, and tell the community about it, I get nothing. I saw a shit load of posts asking how to do it. But yet I figure it out and suddenly they are worried about cubemaps. Fuck this shit. I'm waiting for the official SDK. Back to minecraft I suppose.

Recently started playing Amnesia: The Dark Descent as sort of a family game you could say, where us teens would huddle up in the living room at 1 am to play. I'm the one in control of the kb+m whilst the others are there so I don't piss my pants or shit them either for directions.
We've barely progressed through the game from what I can tell (we just "burnt" down the organic mass blocking the way to the refinery) but I can assure you to those who haven't played it, the atmosphere is perfect. I've played the previous titles from Frictional Games (Penumbra series) and Amnesia carries on the pant soiling, cower-in-the-corner gameplay and atmosphere. Oh and we had our first monster encounter. Daniel almost lost his sanity (as marked by "..." in the description box) and we almost did too.

Well, this is the first time I'm properly surfing the internet on a mobile device. I'm currently traveling at about 80 km/h( know this thanks to my integrated gps 
by train, towards my home. I`m also at about 200 m altitude. Although the screen is kinda small, I'm getting used t to it. Also, typing
on the touch screen is muxh fsster thanon tegular phone ketboards, but with some mistskes...( obvious).

A short little mod, I have just played. Meth-life, its name is.
A purple-shirted African-American security guard, you are. Gordon Gluesniffer, your name is. Packin' heat, you will be. Employed by secret American government drug cartels, you have been. But first, training, you shall undergo.
Blocky, simplistic, and boring architecture, you will witness. Forgive that, I have, because mere training, it is. Provided grenades and firearms, you shall be. Practice using them on not-so-innocent persons, you can. Advised by a reskinned G-man hologram, you will be. Then over, the training is.
Once training is over, at Area 51, you shall arrive. Waiting for you, the reskinned G-man is. Enter the complex, you will. But, unfortunately, exist, the next map does not. And so, crash, your computer will. Back to desktop, you shall be. And then, bin this mod, you will. And, stay away from drugs, you shall, for the rest of your life.

OK, I know I posted about it on the ShoutBOX but I need a voice actor, I'm mapping once again, (and it only sucks 13.45%!) and My mic broke, and I sound like...well, I'm 15, just, use your brains. Alls it is is a few lines, GLaDOS says some bullshit, and right in the middle of it you hear the all to familiar BZZT and a voice comes over the intercom telling you he is takeing over and getting you out. Pretty Simple, just Msg or Comment if you wanna help, just need a few .wavs is all. (Anyone else notice I'm being more active then I used to be?) Thanks in advanced for anyone who tries to help!
After having a Nokia 6131 for 6 years, I finally bought a new mobile phone.
The one right for my budget was Samsung Galaxy Mini, and it will arrive sometime this week at my door.

[EDIT] Oh btw, I rediscovered an old map I've put a lot of work into. Cs_Assault_Market. Yep, it's a rip. But I've worked for weeks on it in 2007, it'd be a shame to throw it to the garbage. I mainly abandoned it because it wasn't practical to wait ages for it to compile, it became huge. I didn't deleted it because I knew somewhere in the future, with a lot more computational power-efficiency I'll be able to compile it.
And that's what happened. Got Hammer 3.5 reinstalled, installed The Compilator with HlFix and SHLT 3.9 which take advantage of my upgraded dual core processor. The map was compiled, in a huge box(a truckload of problems to rectify and modify!)(this was only a test to get it to be playable, so I can fuel my nostalgia even more) in under 15 minutes! That's almost like source compiling guys! Normally this would have taken easily more than an hour.
I also decided I'll make it a hldm map. I didn't realise at the time, I was carried by the wave of modification, being obsessed of having an entry and rooms in every damn building you'd see in cs_assault. But now I realise that Counterstrike demands simple maps, or if a remake, simple additions, not a ton of them. A good example I always remember was very fun to play with my friends: cs_assault_1337 and there was another one that had 2 routes for the hostages. Bot of them had simple additionsmodifications that made the map a lot more fun to play.
It will be fun to play in HLDM once I finish it, though :). Not going to waste a lot of time on superoptimizing. It's not really a problem, on my pc it runs very smoothly(come on, hl is an old game already). And a lot of you guys have modern pcs.

I mean, the r_speeds are not that bad in some areas...
It's no more than 4500 2500 wpoly :D.

My brother purchased Magicka complete pack (all the current DLC's) and the things we do as opposed to what we're supposed to do in local co-op is hilarious.
Seeing as my character is wielding a Patriot staff (Staff with the Eagle on top wrapped in the American flag) that has the ability to throw "Liberty grenades" and an M16 burst fire, it's actually quite badass, until you deliberately hinder the progress of the story by throwing nades at fellow members especially when you try to BSOD a boss only to get yourself or your mate.
Crash to Desktop is probably the most spammed skill during our co-op so far as it targets anyone, friend or foe. The results... well whomever is targeted is flashed by a BSOD followed by their disappearance. Funny stuff indeed.
TL;DR Magicka co-op with the Vietnam pack + Crash to Desktop = LOL
