yes... the flaw of this is that you are just googling your images and linking them with filenames like "vogon" that give the game away...

download the pics then re-upload them with different file names if you dont want people cheating

Oh yes its that time again - the time where a bored member brings up the age-old forum game of guess the movie.

the rules are simple - one person shows 1 frame of a film, and the others have to guess what film its from. The winner shows the next frame of a film of their choice and the competition goes on.

Dont make it too hard (i.e a blank wall) but reasonably challenging.

Well, its now officially finished.

The voice acting has been done and added. I have prettied to floor in the arched room as per request and there are no floating saribous heads.

Now to send it to my various beta testers.

Release definately tommorrow, if not tonight.

haha! i got mine back with a big "return to sender" sticker on it :)

Turns out i forgot to attach the stamp which i went to a lot of trouble to get :) d'oh!

I'll be sending it again tommorrow. Sunday service post is awful

well.. Ok.. so i forgot about my holiday :glad:

But dont think i havent been working on this, even if it has just been planning.
I now have floating seventh-monkey heads that are of purest evil. Only with faith will you survive them. The final room is done. I am now just waiting for a few re-recorded voices... I expect this'll end up in mini-mod format...

wow! really nice exterior!

the interior is a bit ruined by very plain lighting, but im absolutely positive that it'll be improved.

Dont like the shuttle bay tbh... Looks pretty poor, especially when you compare it to the rest.

for the textures not appearing - click the little black rectangle in the top of 3D view and change it to 3D textured.

Your other problem means that something in the config is wrong.

I just finished the last room...

Now all that needs done is the voiec acting and going over the map adding more details and fixing bugs.

Expect it within a week.

I'm really excited to see what you think of this map. I put a hell of a lot of thought and effort into it.

me and habboi want to use CSS textures, but HL2 entities. Are we allowed to take CSS materials, and plop them in the HL2 materials folder to use? Or does that count as custom content even though the materials themselves meet the requirements...

Inner Workings

Either make a huge machine, or shrink the player so that they can fit inside a smaller machine. The competition is to make the inner workings of some sort of machine. Whether it be from something as simple as a clock, to a great nuclear reactor.
