My lights.rad isnt included in any maps (IE the texlights just end up as normal textures). I put them both(hlrad.exe and lights.rad) in the same folder, even tried making the fuzzy -lights zlights.exe in expert. That didnt work either. Any ideas?
First of all: Check the 'first path corner' cause thats the starting point. And also, do you have a origin brush? I think trains have to face the east when created... Atleast its like that with vehicles.
I can see models in VHE 3.5, but I have to use a special entity... IE no blue-box replacing grunt... Only I did it wrong somewhere. If anyone knows how to actually turn a blue-box into the monster, i'd appreciate it.

You dont actually NEED vis and rad... Or was it CSG? Anyways, those just take care of the lighting and... stuff. You can run the map without compiling Vis and Rad, only it'll be fullbright and notverynice for a final compile, but will drastically cut compile time.
I think all cs maps should be serious. No damn hippocracy about creating a full map based on one entity, like func_vehicle. Those maps usually turn up lame, and arent played. Make a real de_/cs_ map, to see what its like. 2 And no, you cant 'tie entities' to entities. Only in spirit.
The training map for cs is in kinda early versions and cs retail... I'd go for Counter-Life, anonymous guy, its a great mod, not many maps for it, I think. >-Clicky<-
I do wonder if hes just bill gates as sarcasm, might it possibly be that way? What IS sarcasm anyway? And whats this 'irony' thing everyone talk about?
