After releasing my stream of inspiration for aim_maps, i have decided to work on a big de map..
problem is, after spending about a week working on this map, it wont compile due to leaks.
I have been searching for about 4 days and am totally fed up so i wonder if any of you guys could find it for me?

simply put a light entity at the bottom od the illusionary... right on the ground.. brightness 50 and make sure the illusionary oesnt go over it... that it doesnt touch the ground.

i have a grunt. i want him to do a really simple looped patrol which is just a rectangle.

target him to b which is a path corner with next stop target set to c and so on. I then get an aiscripted sequence. Target b, targetted monster 'bob' and then a trigger once on top of the player spawn targetted to the aiscripted sequence..

Then make a small wall just big enough to hide behind.
Throw the grenade on one side and run to the other. watch what happens..

I'm lucky - the only McDonalds close to me is in Linwood and is situated in a big Cinema Complex.
On the right - A burger King
Left - A multi-storey McDonalds
Forward - A 6flr Cinema
backward - a FatJacket
and then finally, squished in between the McDonalds and the cinema (its barely visible) is a really nice Steak Resteraunt.
It still gets more customers - this tiny little invisible place - than the McDonalds and the Burger King put together!

I think you should get a personal map vault with say - room for 5mb worth of stuff... So you can get a link for beta maps to test with friends... it would be so much faster for ur friends to download than sending it to them over MSN

Basically, I start a story (a real story) and then at the end of my chapter, I add the name of the person i want to continue it. If they dont continue it within 2 days then someone else can... okay.. here we go...
CHAPTER 1 - A new beginning
Y'ato started running. He didn't look back, knowing what he would see.
A growl startled him but only makes him run faster - the beast must be morphing into something worse.
A curb. He trips and badly slashes his knee on the lumpy pavement.
Y'ato cursed silently before shakaly picking himself up and finally looking behind him. He had been right - The Beast was now representing something that looked like a giant wolf. At least 9ft tall and double the length with teeth as big as Y'ato's arm.
Scared out of his mind, Y'ato tried to start running again but it was useless. The great mass loomed over him and roared.

then remove your hands from your face and rub them on your friend's shirt. they will think you've rubbed yer rank snotter all over them.
