For my entry I spent a week and a half constantly mapping, taking breaks to eat and sleep.. my ideas where so great at times I could'nt get to sleep because I was so excited to get it started the next day! but it was worth it, and I'm satisfied with the finished entry. So ya, you should be able to get it done in 8 days, if you want it done.

Well, does it really matter!? Larger poly's can be bad, but also can be good, because it gives the player a more realistic play, the architect is more detailed.. so it just depends on... You!

hahaha, Niccceee..
Have you guys heard about the 10 laws of computing?

1. When computing, whatever happens, behave as though you meant it to happen.

2. When you get to the point where you really understand your computer, it's probably obsolete.

3. The first place to look for information is in the section of the manual where you'd least expect to find it.

4. When the going gets tough, upgrade.

5. For every action, there is an equal and opposite malfunction.

6. To err is human...to blame your computer for your mistakes is even more human, its downright natural.

7. He who laughs last, probably has a back-up.

8. The number one cause of computer problems is computer solutions.

9. A complex system that doesn't work is invariably found to have evolved from a simpler system that worked just fine.

10. A computer program will always do what you tell it to do, but rarely what you want it to do.

OOoooo I love these threads, heres one:

This guy is sitting in a bar drunk.
He asks the bartender where's the bathroom at?

The bartender said, go down the hall and make a right.

Well, all of a sudden, everybody at the bar hear's this loud scream and wonders what is going on in the bathroom. A few minutes go by again and everybody at the bar hears another loud scream that came out of the bathroom again.

This time the bartender goes into the bathroom to investigate what the drunk is screaming about. He opened the door and asked the drunk, "What's all the screaming about in here? You are scaring all my customers away."

The drunk said, "I'm sitting on the toilet and every time I go to flush it, something comes up and squeezes the hell out my balls."

With that, the bartender looks in and says, "No wonder, you're sitting on a mop bucket you asshole!! :P

I believe the same thing Satchmo, however, this thread is a really tough area to post your response to the Pope passing away. So nobody take offence to eachothers believes! Anywho's ya like I was saying your perspective is very much the same as mine Satchmo, I just don't understand some of the story's in the bible (Noah's Ark) and why miracles seem to no longer exist in more civilized countries like Canada.
Why I am saying Canada in general, is because I've seen a lot of articles showing miracles, such as a god-fearing african whom caught a bullet with his teeth that was shot from an anti-christ's gun. Another, was about a couple of christians, whom smuggled bibles over the border to a town in which bibles where banded. The bibles sat stacked in the seat next to the diver, and yet, remained unnoticed, as the guards let them pass. There are many more others, I just can't think of.. but, does god really exist? And if so, why won't he perform yet another miracle, and end the Iraqi War, that a Peace Treaty was supposedly signed for.. but still continues. Where is god now!? In this time of need!
:| ??

Get the Compilation Controller V.1.4, because if you can't compile your maps, then your pretty screwed. People are'nt going to always compile your maps, do you realize how long that would take? You can't just pull of a final compile in one compile. So I suggest getting the above program off of snarkpit.com... ;) Goodluck
