I was really hoping someone would help me get past lv 2 by telling me how here.
I don't know of any tutorials myself, but I will offer the helpful advice that no one at this site knows how to code for Half Life (To my extensive knowledge).

Yes, finally there's a motivator on the horizon : )
TWHL needs a complete rewrite - that's why I've been putting off the small
changes - it takes a long time to get back into old code, and that old code
needs to be rewritten from scratch.
I'm currently in the middle of final exams. They end the same week HL 2
comes out.... things can happen then.

I actually have attempted to make a TWHL 2 - its alot harder than it sounds. And, I'm sorry but I don't have 8-12 $ per month to spend on getting a proper site. And without spending money on it, your not going to get a decent site. In one of my messages to atom he said that it was easy to make this site once you learned a few tutorials... heh, maybe he has a photograhpic memory or something.

Atom, I am personally begging you to do some work on the site now that Half Life 2 has been official released at Nov. 16 - the time has come. Theres about a month until it comes out and I really wish that you could update the site to make it a little more HL2 compliant. A new message board, some separation between HL2 maps and tutorials vs. HL maps and tutorials. I will help you in any I way that I can. (although I do not think that there is much that I can personally help with because this site will stop working the minute I put my php coding skills to good use) -Dave

Wind howling was the noise, a rumbling was from "the trucks on the road outside". And if it were true (im no where near saying it is), he probably would have killed himself. I mean if you buy a gun, hear noises, sleep with the lights on, see things, you'd freak! And murder yourself!
People who talk like that are just strange. If somone ever talks like that to me on aim, I just close the window. If someone posts in the forums like that, I ignore them.

Anyway, I plan to get the full use out of vehicles myself when it comes out. I just got some crazy idea's that I wish I could do, but I don't even know if half life 2 can do this. Make like 3 battle mechs and a shitload of tanks and stuff and the tanks have to destroy the battle mechs!!! OK, actually I just based that off the idea of have a truck, with a hugeass laser gun mounted on the top of it that can destroy anything with it. And then and then... It blows up! And you have go to the side of the road and repair it! And one you repair it you disover you cannot lift it back up to the top so then you have to run over to a crane, drive it over there, and put the laser gun back on the top of the vehicle. You drive the crane back, and run all the way back to your vehicle with the bigass gun on the top of it.... You know what forget it, but your going to see some cool vehicle maps from me.

Ever since I wanted to be an helicopter pilot, I kinda forgot about wanting to be a teacher... Does anyone here know a site where they have descriptions and stuff of jobs because I am looking for information about different types of helicopter jobs.
When I was in like 3rd grade (thank god my life took a different path) I wanted to be a programmer. 3rd grade! My dad used to be a programer but he got promoted to management. He said that making a program, and then actually seeing it working made you feel like you accomplished something. But I really cannot see sitting in front of a computer all freaking day typing and stuff, it would get really boring unless your making something for yourself that you will use.

It is a really good story though, I enjoyed reading it despite how fake it was. It was preety suspensful. Guy should become an author. I am seriosuly freaking at the thought of being in something that tight... Its kind of lame how he ruined it all there at the end, people should learn that too much at one time can really lead to a fake ending. Telephone breaks, he leaves his camera back there, he hits his head, his light breaks, the rock moves by itself, he can barely move, even though he crawls the 500 ft. back awful quick...

What do you want to do when you grow up? I want to be either a helicopter pilot, an entrepreneur, or a teacher. Mostly and entrepreneur because I think that of three things (stock market, inheritance, and making your own business) that are the only ways to strike it rich, it is the only reliable one. A teacher just because I want to be incharge of the class, and be the cool teacher, and I have had like 5 dreams where I am flying a helicopter around and I think it is just the coolest thing ever even though I have never actually even been in a helicopter.
