IMHO they're digging their own grave. There's a reason why consoles are controlled by pads, not joysticks or remote controllers.

* Make the map not look like it was designed for a game, but instead pretend it is a normal area, that has been transformed for a game.I like it the other way around since maps are designed for games. Aiming at a too real-life look will limit you greatly.
Lately I've been watching Stargate SG-1 and playing WoW.
Frankly, I wouldn't call any of them great. Unbreakable has shown has shown some talent lately, though.
I like (Z)angband better but Nethack is cool too.

Well, I meant more like things such as playing excessive amounts of WoW and installing fancy software that I've dreamed of for all my Linux days.
