GYeah I Just Wanna find some models that works

I have a grunt model,a v_pistol model and a p_pistol Model
I Want to modify my pistol's power.
And after that I want a grunt that have my pistol and when he see me he try to kill me and when i kill him he drops my pistol and i can take it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Question is: Can I Do This Without Coding???????????

what is in your mod and he will decide instantly:
"No..I don't Like IT!!!"
So Name it Something Strange
For Example Just "XEN" Or "IN XEN" Or Something than doesn't include xen like:
"LIVING BETWEEN MONSTERS"
But...........

How to have new weapons in mods???
(I don't want to replace my new weapons with half-life's
I want to have them beside half-Life models
so i cant just rename my model to "v_9mmhandgun")
(And I Have the models but i dont know how to import them to a map
or set their power!!!)
