I mean, I thing the bigger issue is just the lack of players
You can still do a lot without doing any C++
new menus, music/sounds, textures and modals. So yeah!

Just ignored the
FillRGBA(x, y, iWidth, iHeight, r, g, b, a);
and the
i = float sqrt (i);
parts
works great!
Yeah I think need to try it with The HL SDK 2.3 and not the update
Nope, thinking about it though Maybe using updated source code is the problem IDK. I've been moving so I've been kinda out of it, I'll try and give it another shot soon!

Update: yeah not as simple as I though, not a lot of documentation on changing hud color for mods ether. spent days bang my head into a wall (meteorically)
So I thought it would be fun to make the hud for a mod purple and have almost everything working perfectly

I've been playing Shenmue (Steam)
It still holds up for me. Really feels like Warren Spector's dream "one block roleplaying game". Anyone that's a fan of games like Deadly Premonition, Hotel Dusk and yes Yakuza should check it out (it's on a good sale right now too)

my map has a couple of torches for lighting, but the env_fire will go out on some of the rounds. it seems completely random like sometimes they'll come back on. I have the flags set to stay on and start on, even set duration -1 for shit's and giggles. It's not like this is going to kill the map but it is annoying.
Isn't Crowbar for Source and not Gold Source, ether way it's a pain. Last time I did it I used Milkshape lol

Having problems a getting checkpoint room to work, had it working but Something happened and now I just can't seem to make it work. really hard to find anything helpful online.
