This is a texture included in most up-to-date zhlt.wads. It is an alternative clip texture, Clip is an invisible texture that prevents players from moving through it. Translucent on the other hand prevents players from moving through it AND prevents bullets from passing through it (clip doesn't). This is similar to what an invisible func_wall {blue texture does. Translucent texture also prevents Vis.

The advantages of using this texture over an invisible {blue func_wall is the fact that it's simpler and it saves up useful entity space.
