Tornadoes struck near by here in Houston TX and major flooding in the area but I got lucky. Only had to deal with heavy traffic for a week. Tons of people's homes were flooded along the bayous and reservoirs.

Mass scale black outs are fucking scary. No traffic lights makes every intersection really dangerous. There's no stores open, barely any phone or data services. And even worse, looters. Things got a little real.

You just need more opinions and something which will attract those who give opinions. Not finishing a map is a shame if the map has good potential.
You've mentioned that you wanted to make a successful map, eh? Here's what I did with de_kobbl:
1. Submitted a WiP at GameBanana, mid-development, and got a few hundred views on it 2. Submitted a beta-test thread at GameBanana and got a bunch of people 3. Spent a month or two testing the map with my testers and improved the map even more 4. Released the map and pushed out some smaller updates
But just as important, I posted screenshots in the "Post your screenshots!" thread at TWHL. Fellow TWHL'ers here gave me their opinions and that's one of those things which kept me going. Of course, that was somewhere mid-development. And I did the same thing with ts_untergrund, 4Way, and so on...
Opinions can tell you what's wrong and what's good in the map. You'll be more certain and you'll know what to do next.
Of course, that's just one of the things which you should do to keep yourself motivated. And, obviously, you need to know how to accept opinions and critiques. But for now, work on the map, show screenshots later when you've got more to show.
Lastly, listen to some music, but don't get lost in it.
Edit: While I'm at opinions, I don't have an opinion yet. At such an early development phase, opinions don't need to be given.

Thanks @Tetsu0! I needed the commendation. I just hope my ideas aren't flawed with the gameplay and I don't focus too much on the wrong aspects, but as I continue making this map, I'll eventually find out whether these ideas and theories work out.

Dude I hope you can get this finished. It seems like you have put more thought into this map than a lot of other people ever have. Don't quit, this has the potential to be awesome

Jagged Alliance 2 is able to do it to some degree (particularly in the more recent patches (people keep that thing very much alive)), but the visual customization options aren't very strong. It's options lie more in the stats and competencies area. Also (at least as of the last patch I played), you can only have so many created characters because there's a limited number of voice sets and each created character needs a different one.

Considering the examples are The Sims and modern X-COM games, I believe we're talking about games that allow you to manage multiple, fully customisable (from scratch) characters at once.
XCOM and The Sims are all I can think of though...
Pillars of Eternity allows you to hire up to five custom party members which you make in the character creator. Not sure if Tyranny offers the same thing, but I've not seen any such option and I'm 16 hours into the story... so probably no.

GTA V has 3 characters in its singleplayer campaign that can all be customized. Note that the game will change their clothes on its own if you change characters for a bit.

I thought it was a large big wooden Japanese style house structure with many nice blue roofs Would be awesome to make something like that a huge wooden house castle complex where you surf on roofs and walk on terraces with trees and stuff around.
It made me feel so sad. :c These moments will probably never happen again. Just... I hope that they will happen again.
Honestly, listening to this song and watching the videos gave me a nostalgic attack (if I could call it that way, if not, then a wave of nostalgia). I remembered those moments and what had happened before and after the recordings. I remembered almost everything about them. But now it's gone and it cannot be done again. I'm not going to that school any more, I finished it.
Well, at least I have the videos, right? I mean, that's all I could do to never forget those moments. If I ever have children and grandchildren, I'll have stuff, not just to tell them, but also to show them. I honestly don't know what to say.
I might be panicking a little bit, probably because high school starts on the 5th of September here. Oh gosh... Well, I could say that I'm lucky, because school has already started by now in some places. But still, I'm as much as worried as they were.
Wow... what an experience. I may not relive those moments, but at least I can rewind them.
Hope your power stays on man!

Fallout: Tactics did, to a degree, so did Deadnaught and Silent Storm.

You'd have to elaborate on how GTA V fits the bill. I'm not familiar with it, and if it's like the GTAs I have played, I don't know how it would.
GTA V?

Aren't you a tad bit too young for a middle age crisis?
I was listening to this sad song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_0n-8zTY4cf
And I was watching the school videos.
