I am so sorry to hear that. As if life isn't hard enough, but when it rains, it pours.
Coming from a medical perspective, I'll say that the cause of ulcerative colitis is mostly genetic, but with environmental triggers. I wouldn't blame yourself for your diet, and there's nothing you can do about your genes.
I have friends who live with ulcerative colitis for decades. I have friends on the spectrum. We all make it work somehow--it doesn't mean it's easy. There are very effective treatment for UC, but you'll need to deal with side effects.
In fact, one of my pediatric colleagues became a pediatric gastroenterologist because of her personal struggle with ulceratis colitis. Maybe you'll end up in medical school.

Time really flies. I remember being a kid, and all of a sudden, I am contemplating retirement.
Our finances allow us to retire in our fifties, and we plan to have an active retirement. I will still work part-time, but we will travel the world and continue do crazy stuff.
P.S. I was playing Minecraft by myself last night while my son was at soccer practice.

Exciting stuff!
Most of the major milestones of my life is behind me already. I've completed my medical training, got married, bought a house, became a father, and I am just enjoying the fruit of my labor and waiting for retirement in ten years.

My juxtaposition is meant to be a wake up call.
By the time we all become complacent and the slippery slope does take us there, it would be too late.
Talk to any German who lived in Germany in that era, and even though they were not the one pulling the switch to the gas chambers, they were complicit in what was happening.

Hitler did not start murdering Jews right from the beginning.
At first, Hitler marginalized them by dehumanizing them, calling them "murderers and rapists". Then he labeled the group as the cause of all of Germany's troubles.
Then he rounded them up and targeted them for unequal treatment.
Trump has done all these so far.
Who knows what's next? No one saw it coming for Hitler either.

They do have portals in the movie, but then again portals are so often used that it's generic enough not to be directly attributable to Portal the game.
There's certainly no portable portal device in the film.

Actually, I think a GTX 980 is sufficient for most gaming purposes. That's what I have, and I've never had problem with framerates or streaming videos.
I second the PSU suggestion. I'd recommend something between 650 to 750 W.
And you don't need another 1 TB HDD. Nowadays, most things are stored in the cloud. I have two 512 MB SSD for my games and OS, the rest is in the cloud (Google Drive).
As promised, I'll be sending an electronic Amazon gift card to the top prize winner, Dr. Orange.
It's more dystopic than City 17.
I turned 46 in October.
Don't try to look for reason or justice--there isn't any. Good people die every day, while assholes get to be presidents.
Hang in there.
As we grow, we change. And that's not always a bad thing.

Hang in there. We are here if you need to vent.
Happy belated.

It's great to see everyone branching to his destiny.

Obligatory for all mappers, making a map based on a new house is an age-old tradition.

The Scots know better.

I refuse to be complicit.

Then he rounded them up and targeted them for unequal treatment.

Let's not kid ourselves and be complacent.
I have a sense of deja vu.
I am a Honda die-hard. My first was a 1996 Accord, then a 2008 Accord, and now I drive a 2018 Civic Hatchback.
Honda for life!
I can't believe this is happening.
But I didn't see any.

Then the joke is on us.

In fact, I've had patients who went to the bathroom and the baby landed in the toilet.
Congratulations!
8 lb 3 oz is a good size.
You have to teach him Hammer as soon as he opens his eyes.
P.S. Feel free to post any pediatric questions at TWHL. I can't guarantee that I'll have an answer right away, but I'll try.
It's ten years old, but it's still running fast in my son's rig. Amazingly, you can get it for US$40.
