The textures are nice, except for that wooden texture that I think is from cstrike.wad or halflife.wad - it and the New Mexico skybox ruin the feel. The rendering distance is too short, so parts of the map aren't rendered from a distance. The terrorists can plant the bomb too early.

T spawn has two glass windows you need to destroy to enter or exit. You need to empty several magazines to get out. The map has an odd layout that I don't think works

Play his Canyon 2 instead, that is perhaps the best TFC map I have ever played. This one is grenade spam hell. Dr Orange's mapping has improved like crazy since he made this

When playing surf maps, remember these things:
sv_airaccelerate 100 is a must. Practically all surf servers use that or a similarly high value to allow the players more control in the air.
Don't set fps_max too high, even if you have a good monitor and want those FPS. GoldSrc physics are sensitive and you will get stuck in ramps if you have too many FPS.
W/Forward and S/Back are never used. Only press A or D depending on which side of the ramp you're on, keep it pressed, and use the mouse to steer.
I think this has the finished BSP: https://gamebanana.com/mods/61955 You could add it to the download if you want, slipi. TWHL has an upload size limit of 16MB these days.

as_tundra.wad is an original Counter-Strike WAD but it's not included in 1.6 because they removed the map as_tundra. However, it looks like Trippy wadincluded all of the textures so you don't need any WADs to play this
Yep! I wanted to keep the lineup period accurate, as everyone pictured here had some kind of relevance to me in the era. Some obviously stuck around, some didn't! Thanks for all the comments so far everyone!
Can't lie, my eyeball became significantly wetter seeing my picture there. I guess sometimes the simplest thing to do is to stick around and people will remember you, regardless of your talents.
Nice job Suparsonik!

It's not bad for only an hour's work.
