It is a radio in fact. Please disregard the speed-hungry gas-mileage and focus on the 44F temperature displayed on the climate control unit. Yeah, that's the outside temperature. =D

This is definitely not a 1 star map. It isn't flawless, but it isn't a piece crap.
- Some of the brushes and textures aren't aligned perfectly and there are missing brushes near two of the staircases. The lighting is boring and the map lacks ambiance.
+ I like how you added depth to the walls so they aren't just flat and neither is the ground. The layout is interesting and not just a long hallway with pillars to hide behind like the older awp maps. It appears that you made half of the map and just copy pasted then rotated it. I would have like to see a few differences on each side of the map for varied game play.
Fix up some of the errors and I give this map a 3.

Interesting, I thought the old skybox, would go better with the new visual adjustments. The lighter looking grass looks better with the lighter skybox.
W/E, Do what you want, I suppose I can't really talk, I can't see the interior of the volcano, which you are trying to provide contrast to.

You know, a little section on TWHL containing "mini-tutorials" would be useful. A thing that doesn't go too in-depth about a particular subject, but merely gives tips and tricks like this one. No pressure, though.

TJB: There should be plenty of opportunity for that. The level has some pretty varied heights, and you can always depend on people double-jumping and explosive jumping around.

Well, don't make it seem like I should have been able to tell that it was sarcastic.
At first, I thought, oh yeah, its sarcastic, but then when you said you were gonna do some mapping, so I thought maybe you were actually thanking valve for inadvertently getting you back into mapping.
Anyway, if you like MP, then try HL 2 DM, or maybe CS:S, if you think you can really push yourself to get above all the crap maps out there.
