u have 2 cores and there would not be a difference beetwen 512 and 1024 GPU u should get at least 3x cores also remember that the power supply is important

hello
i get a question is there any way to remove these errors?
FindPortalSide: Couldn't find a good match for which brush to assign to a portal near (-512.0 1024.0 100.0)
Leaf 0 contents:
Leaf 1 contents: CONTENTS_SOLID
viscontents (node 0 contents ^ node 1 contents): CONTENTS_SOLID
This means that none of the brushes in leaf 0 or 1 that touches the portal has CONTENTS_SOLID
Check for a huge brush enclosing the coordinates above that has contents CONTENTS_SOLID
Candidate brush IDs:
my map is sorrounded with that func_brush named structure_seal

so are u going to convert textures from another game to HL1?
then i will copy the whole brushwork from Red Faction. Just kidding =D

lets bring some rules: i think it would be a little unfair to compare half life map with valve's (crappy) textures to a map with sexy and nifty Unreal Tournament textures yea ofcourse u can "borrow" a little thing from another game (sprite, button voice) but not the whole texture package

and my vote goes to "map that takes place under the ocean"

should be "compiler" couse in my language compiler goes "kompilator" so i wrote "compilator"

hello i got the idea, player skills and augmentations, you can only have one active skill, what is your opinion??
  • fast shoot
  • speed enhancement
  • regeneration
  • environmental resistance

i think it is not so hard to implement, so far i have a few problems with compilator errors and i have no idea what is going on :o the new ability class compiles without any problems but error occurs just after including the class in player.h and player.cpp >.>

ok, this is what i have written:

hey these maps are not decompiled.. i mean they have nothing to do with de_dust2 etc.. i know that u can write somewhere "map made by xxx" but i believe u can not forbid people from playing a half-life, cs, map.. why should i pay around 15$ for a permission to allow me to upload these maps on my server and play them? once i said these maps have nothing to do with real counter-strike maps but they were made of official wad textures and i believe it is illegal to make money from SDK tools (including sources, editor....) without VALVE permission

well the time has home when i'd like to map something funny not just a map with walls and spawned weapons i want to bring a plot ^^

what does work:
  • just walk near barney to activate scripts, then watch...
what doesnt work:
  • when u press "+use" "E" button on barney he becomes out of order :D

why dont u give a look on Naruto?? it has a good storyline and there are a lot of sacrifice and struggle for the friendship.. and there are no evil characters at all well the anime shows why a bad guy become evil.. not like in Dragon Ball where we have no idea about freezer and cell past^^ yea i love Dragon Ball and it owns any anime but i have placed Naruto on the second place.

on the third place: Deathnote.. anyway u can read a little of manga so if u find it interesting u can watch anime version
