Seventh: Graphs are the things that come with maps...Not sure what they do heh...You know when you start a map it says at the top 'Refreshing Graph' well thats it i believe.
That's only for single-player stuff.

I think he meant "graphics", on re-reading.

esmajor, no single upgrade to your PC will help, you've gotta just accept it or you'll be throwing money away. Buy a new one, or stick to HL.

The filename for that was/probably is specified by a server cvar, so doesn't really matter what it's called.

Are VMF files comprehensible in text editors? Try opening it in Notepad or whatever and looking at like 2041 (Ctrl+G, 2041 in Notepad).

Yeah, but to be fair, it's not as big a deal for most people as when the unwashed masses were on 56k. Ten meg would take me forty seconds. It's not a great hardship.
