Idk tosse. That seems kinda impersonal to me. Almost like a Tech Support Line. I think the reason why people ask questions in the first place is because we're so personal here.

Maybe there can be just be a sticky thread or something outlining that. I don't think a form would be.. appealing.

Apart from that i think it's a great idea, but there could be a different way of implementing a system like that.

YEAH! Make a teleport that sends Gordon back to the medieval ages! I'll start working on a castle-siege map where you single-handedly fend off hundreds of futuristic enemies with just a crossbow and an onager.

Well if someone says: "Yeah" I'll make the map and throw it in the vault.
I can use something to keep me occupied for a while.

It reminds me of Call of Duty A lot. But it does sound good. I need to kick myself into Source-Mapping gear.
Windows Movie Maker does a decent job of converting Video files. Or just get the Bink And Smacker Converter along with the DivX codec. That works well also.

I do like the narrating voice idea.
Unfortunately i don't think there's a way around the fuzzy grid lines. As mine were pretty crappy as well.
I just had less grid marks on my screen. i think that helped a bit.

Lol it's funny someone asked to add a Video Tut section to TWHL 4 years ago too :)

For the group assignment thing... Was the ignore box checked when you created the group? because sometimes it un-creates the group after you turn ignore back off.

It's weird, but you're other problems i just don't know man, sorry.

I hope the HL3 engine is not source and uses something other than Binary Space Partitions but is still easy to map / mod for. It's just damn inefficient now.

2001 Chevy Cavalier.
I slid on a sheet of ice and hit someone's lawn during the winter months, poked a few holes in my bumper. It just looks downright ugly. I can get some time-lapse pics and put them in my journal. I already patched 2 of them, i just need to get the biggest, and most noticeable one down. But i need a bumper repair kit. It comes with wire-mesh, and J.B. Weld Epoxy. Need backing for something for the bondo to grab onto :)

Ohh i'm finishing allright. All i have to do is get the pecs right and do the head and i'm done.

And until someone else enters, i'm just going to keep going at it.
I haven't gotten bored yet, because i'm working on my car at the same time. I'm doing some body work on it. So i apply the bondo, come up here and model while it's drying, then i go back , sand it down, put on another coat, and repeat the process. So i get new inspiration almost every 45 minutes :)

All good things must come to an end however, i'm starting to finish up the bumper.. so then after that it's a wet-sand and a few primer coats. :)

ok.
vertical beams are weird.
You need to offset the ring a bit else it won't show up properly.
instead of having say, the top func_train or target whatever, DIRECTLY above the other target, move it slightly forward, by say, 4 units or so.
It's barely noticeable.

Please help me help you.
Try some of the things. instead of just lolling at me, else i won't make an effort anymore.

I counter your question with an armada of my own;

Is the ring beam vertical or horizontal?
Did you try triggering it a different way?
Rename the entities?
Try a different compile option?
Try deleting it and creating the ring over.
Restart windows?
And.. what's your current entity set-up?
