Clipping's a good alternative to carving. Carving is pure evil. Vertex manipulation is the best, but you have to be good at it. Take your map one room at a time. I can't see how you'd need that many textures...stick with just 4 or 5 wads for now.

Has anyone ever had the same dream more than once? I distinctly remember a couple of dreams I had when I was really young (4 or 5) (I won't say them here cos they're really weird and make very little sense unless you know enough about me and where I live), and after having the dream, I thought it was weird but thought nothing more of it. Then, a couple of years ago (I was about 12), I had the same dream, and a few months later, I may have had the other dream again (I can't remember though). Does anyone think there's a meaning to this?

I read somewhere that they're to filter stuff out of your mind that isn't supposed to happen, but for some reason, I sometimes get visions of the future in them. On at least two occasions, I've seen a vision of a place, and then gone to that place or one that looks very similar at a later date.

I'm not really religious (might be a bit), but I think it's just different interpretations of the same idea...notice how many religions are similar eg: Judaism and Islam both have only one God, but he/she/it is treated in different ways and worshipped differently. I don't think it's that other religions are wrong, I think it's just how people interpret them.

It may also be possible that something similar to Jahzel's theory may happen, but with alternate realities in the same timezone...so things may happen at slightly different times due to different choices being made. The construction guy isn't called gus...the forklift guy is, and they're diff. people. The Asheep team got it wrong, the construction guy is actually the old barney model...that's why all the textures are prefixed with "BARN_". They changed it to the current LD barney before the game was released, if you look on the HIT website, it has a pic of the old alpha/beta barney somewhere.
