just put it on the brush and turn the btush into a func_wall. when the func_wall is triggerd it will change it's texture. The switch able textures all have a + before them!!! ;)

Yes, you are right but I haven't started this map.I shall first finish my first opfor map, a map with a blouter,an example map and then I shall start doing this map!!!

I thoght I need to create a controllable trigger camera. I think I can also use a func_tankmortar!!!

If I will use spirit can I make that a Func_tankmortarrocket will shoot missile that will destroy the concrate and steel building?
I want to know if you enter a turret and use it can you make that you see from enother spot(not in side the turret)and controll still controll the tank? Like when you enter a tank in gunman!!!
Now I have another quastion the RPG and the Func_tankrocket shoots the same missile then if I will make the concrate and steel building from the rockets will it be destroyed by both?
Wooden Buildings can be destroyed by grenades and rgular rockets(RPG rockets) and strong explosives(satchel charges and the rockets that the turrets shoot or helicopters) and concrate and steel buildings can only be destroyed by strong explosives. I haven't done all of these things rhese things I want to do!!!

Isn't the brushes in HL made to be solid against explosions?
I mean, the explosions don't go through walls, to make it able to take cover behind something.

Yep, satchel charge.

Well, if anybody knows the game "Cannon Folder" I want it to work like there- bullet kill grunts, granades and regular missiles destroy wooden buildings and satchel charges and other strong explosives destroy concrate and steel buildings!!! :nuts:

I was wondering if you can make in any of these games- Half-Life 1, Opposing force, Blue Shift or Gunman- a building that can't be destroyed bullets and can be destroyed by regular explosives(granedes, missiles,tripmines) or high Explosives(bombs). :nuts:

Yep, most of the things I learnd my self, using all the tools. I found some help full sites that help me eith the making of doors,rotating doors and rotating doors with transpernt glass. Until I came to this site and learnd from it's tutorials with out rigestring. When I found this site I wasn't a bigginer. After a few mounths I rigisterd.

I'm almost finished but I get stuck in all the little ditails, like computers blowing up nicely and haching eggs. : Maybe cause I put too many details, I have a map that you enter an aliany kindergurten that wants to take over the world and I even created the elctricity wire that brings power to the building.

Well if you only compile in the end you will only then discover that there are problems and if you will compile too many times you will be tired and you will stop building that map(if it is a long or detaild one), it happend too me already. :(

and how are you gonna do the mana and other spells like fireball, lightning... unsure - :
I didn't know this game had magic in it. Anyway I don't think you can add spells with out coding.

You should do a doom, doom II-Hell on Earth or quake remake. :nuts:

Wow, took alout of time for some one to answer this one.

Make a multi manager that targets an ambiant generic thet plays that falling bomb sound and when it finishs that multi manager targets an Env_Explotion, it is very simple. Make more of these until you are stesfid. Now create a random targeting devise that starts on and targets those muli mangers.

Here is a link to an example map that explines how to make random triggering.

Well I've started a level and now I have to build a closed elevator so it will take some time and I'm also doing an opposing force level.

Thinking of it you can get the same affect with scripted seaqunes that makes the monsters do an idle animation and the flag no interption is on.

Why can't you put the beta version in the unfinished map vault and when your friend finished downloading it delete it.
