I just saw some beer can prop models today that I think I can probably use. CS also has a wine bottle model, so I can use that to replace my brush-based one.
And I think I may use the Poke646 texture set, since it has such a wide range of textures that would suit my needs. The city textures I've made aren't the best, to say the least. They aren't bad, but they don't look professional, which is usually the quality us mappers aim for.

Remeber not to make his apt too too nice, as he's not rich and a down to earth guy
Looks great so far! (I like the bear cans! if you can make props look nice brush-based, I prefer them to models. If you need inspiration--which I don't think you do--, play They Hunger for some fine examples of brush-based props. Great use of ambients too incidentally )

Just a btw if you need beta testers for the segments that are finished, plz count me in. Also, if any of the level designers would like some detailed props or detail ideas for their maps, I'd be more than happy to pitch in--any excuse to procrastinate my current projects!!1

I have made a lot of progress, and so far it's looking really great. I'm almost done with my chapter, and I'm sure the world will be rocked when they see my 1337 mapping skillz. Not. :
I'll get back to work when I get some of my other more pressing projects completed. Since nobody else is in a rush to get this done, why should I be?

HS5A is now completely re-made and finished. I will move on to completely remake B and C as well. Screenshots by Saturday
Muzz, i'm gonna need a few itty-witty bits of coding. In fact, it's not really coding.
I need a duplicate monster_scientist. Remember like in Gyradell Invasion with the monster_barney2? (not the enemy barney. literally just a duplicate)
This duplicate will serve the purpose of the hostages, and can be re-skinned without other random scientists around the base getting effected by the re-skin.

Yeah, and it's all total shit. It'll just be disappointing, and you shouldn't base any of your opinions about the mod on it. I'd prefer to keep it out of sight as long as possible, as it's quite frankly embarrassing, especially if you've actually PLAYED any of those old maps. :

Holy poop - media update.
This is a very small, and rather mean sharing of hs5a. It's kinda more proof of work than anything else, so that you know this had not been left to die.
