I've got func_breakable block and i selected option 'Break on grenade touch >> Yes', but when in-game, I throw a grenade at that block and it doesn't break. Am I doing something wrong?

That must be some new FGD because i don't ever remember that option. Try slanting the window a bit so the grenade gives some sort of -Z force on the window.

Make a thin trigger_once in front of the window that targets the glass to break. In the flags, you can disable player and npc touch, but enable everything else. When a grenade hits the trigger, it will appear to break through the window seamlessly.
