Ubuntu is pretty fantastic. You can do most essential things, such as word processing, browsing the internet, playing some games, IMing, and the like. It's also pretty attractive and nice since you don't have to worry too much about viruses.

While most of this is quite true, I will argue that Mac OSX is relatively proprietary and CANNOT be installed on just ANY old PC. You need to have certain things for certain versions. I have all the BRANDS in my PC to run make, but not all the right MODELS. Yeah, fuck that.

Umm. Domino's used to suck. Ever since their "new" pizza they make my favorite pizza. Also, their prices are pretty decent. I got 3 large pizzas for $21 the other day. Not sure what Domino's you guys buy from...

Yeah, after a single play-through, L4D1 and 2 are pretty god damn stupid and boring. L4D3 will probably be out next year already and it still won't be worth it. Get Borderlands and the zombie DLC for it, then you have a better game AND zombies.

So do I. I'm just saying most games with some of those higher difficulties are harder at the lower ones already. When I play Insanity I get what I expect.
Now Splinter Cell conviction, I played through it twice on the top difficulty and failed to be impressed by the challenge. Fun game, not hard enough though.

Frustration should be available when expected though. I started playing Mass Effect 2 on Insanity. The name right there should explain shit, insane. Some parts are, some aren't. I get frustrated at some points, and that's how I expected it to be, harder than Hardcore, Hard, Medium, Easy, etc.
Now I remember Doom series, 1/2/3, particularly 3... e-z mode was not so easy-mode, never even tried to play nightmare mode...

When I think difficulty, a game should either be balanced, for have difficulty levels that are actually made as said. Like Ninja Gaiden 2, played e-z mode and that was the hardest shit ever, and stupid.
Mass Effect 2 is pretty balanced as far as how difficulty is measured, Half-Life series was too. Etc.

I don't believe global warming is happening. At least, I don't believe anything "different" is happening than was since the earth has been around. And honestly, nothing we can do can stop deterioration of the ozone layer. These "Go Green" things that only a small percentage of the world does, doesn't help. Even if the whole world "went green" it'd make such a minor difference we'd never notice.
The only thing I DO believe in is creating a healthier, cleaner, more sanitary environment to live in. We CAN cut smog and pollution, we CAN'T stop "global warming" from happening.

Actually Rimmy, for a second there, a very split second (as a million things were rushing through my head at once) I was contemplating trying to relay my experience inside a tornado to the internet before I die. :>
Our local station would be KWWL, Jeffmod. City being Waterloo, IA. So if you saw any of that, it could be possible. I also know a few counties before us, and some after us also got hit. Some worse, some not as bad. I remember reading someone about one house getting shifted from its foundation.

New Forza game coming in 2011 looks sex. Only NFS game I would be caught playing right now is Shift. I was a beta tester for NFS: World or whatever. The MMO version of NFS. Arcadey as hell and sucks balls.

nfs sucked since underground
I'm not really into arcade-ish styled racing games like NFS and Burnout. I liked Midnight Club: LA, it was a bit arcade-ish, but not nearly the the same extent. I play a lot of Forza 3. Sim Racing > Arcade Racing. But if there is something with a decent balance, such as MCLA, then I can dig it.

It's the first thing most of us think, but really, we only put him down so much because of the infamous Rick Roll. Honestly, the song is pretty good.
Also, totally off-topic, but I decided I wanted to listen to that old Sparta Remix song, so I typed that in youtube and fifth one down was from our beloved Rimrook: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wM2s3NINulc Remember this guys?

I take allergy medication before I go to bed and that gets me to sleep to boot.
But one thing from above I can NOT recommend is exercise right before bed. Exercising may be tiring at first, but in the long run gets you jumpy and energetic. Exercise in the morning or afternoon, and then keep busy the rest of the day.

... And for DLC. Also, Game Informer Issue 206 has a whole article on their demo of New Vegas. Pick up a copy just for that if you have to, they probably have some at GameStop. Good read, looking forward to New Vegas myself.

You should simply have installed the latest patch before getting DLC. Afterwards, DLC would've been fine. I never had a "legitimate" copy of FO3 (as I'm dirt poor) and you'd think I'd have more problems. It is really as simple as having the patch for vanilla FO3 and then adding some flavors.

We have plenty of electives in the US. 9th graders have the least amount of choices, but there are still tons for them. It's just a matter of where you are at.

So far, I'm loving RDR. What I love most about is... length. Games these days are way too short, most I beat in short sessions within one to two days. I'm currently on day 4, probably going into another 1-2.

Recently for BOTH consoles, is Red Dead Redemption, from Rockstar. Mix Fallout/Oblivion, Fable series, GTA series, and it's own extras, and you have RDR. It's amazing...

I had a RROD twice, and I didn't need ANY papers to get it fixed. You just need to have it registered online with the serial number linked to your account.
Regardless, in the mean time, I bought the $200 arcade edition, moved all my stuff, and sold the refurbished 360 on ebay for enough money to make up for what I spent. No problems with this Jasper chipset.

Speaking of Urby and his look a-likes, I met a humorous man by the name of J. Roach who looks quite similar to our very own Urby. The personality and physical resemblance are uncanny. Also, the age area is quite similar I believe, I'm pretty sure Roach is about 23?
Regardless, I'd be honored to have you follow me around in Fallout Urby! Get the file hosted.

I was really off my rocker when I wrote this, so my brain couldn't actually compute a real story. If I really wanted to, I could go re-do it now. But looking back, this is just too laughable, so I'll keep it here, like this, so I can laugh at myself in my stupor state.
Lol, no homo.

5-button mouse with a sensitivity button making it 6. Laser, scroll wheel, that's all the more I need.

She wasn't your grandmother's nurse, but she did hear about it.
It's probably pretty true since they don't make the 404 anymore. And haven't since '75 I believe. =P
