He's asking about the voices that you hear near the teleport to Nihilanth's chamber, aka, voices of scientists, aliens, barney, and other sounds from earlier in the game.
Its a bunch of ambient_generics set to really low volumes and are triggered by a repeating multi_manager. If you want to create this effect(which I am assuming you do) make a bunch of ambient_generics, assign them a different name, check the "does not loop" flag, make a multi_manager, have the multi_manager trigger each sound one after another and finally have it trigger itself in the end, check the "multithreaded" flag so it loops itself.
Phew, long sentence.

Well, muzz coded the new .dll (so I got a coded dll)and I changed the headcrab.mdl with my own headcrab.mdl.It just happens in my mod not in hl1.I didnt touch the baby_headcrab.mdl

env_redner the tank turret, and render the turret that is the actual func_tank--which was there all along, just invisible.
so you mean 2 func_trains one for the cannon and one for the tanks body.When it comes to the location.I'll kill the func_train which is cannon and env_render the invisible tankturret which was there already.

I think I couldnt make my self clear, as usual.
Now I have a tank(func_train) and it has a (func_tankturret,[as its cannon]).So I want to the tank to move a location then trigger its func_tankturret but how am I suppose to move the func_tankturret?

When you go to NEW GAME then you have to choose:

Is it possible to assign to Easy - map1.bsp, to Normal - map2.bsp and to Difficult - map3.bsp ????

It really would be nice if I can do that!!!
Its possible and it doesnt requires coding.Its only possible with spirit.You see in spirit monster entities has the diffuclty spawn property like only in easy,only in medium,only in hard.This will make the monster spawn in the desired diffuculty.
So lets start:
Step 1:Make a room and place 3 scientists in it.

Step 2:Configure their properties,1 scientist only in easy, 1 scientist only in medium and the other only in hard

Step 3:Configure their triggercondition to ''death''.And triggertarget to your change levels where your player stands in(there has to be 3 changelevels in the place where the player stands)Your scientist has to trigger different change levels.So make the ''only in easy'' scientist trigger its change level and teleport player to the next level(you can configure your map names in change levels like for the changelevel that the scientist going to trigger when he dies can be set to ''easy'' (as an example of course your map's name can be different then easy)

Step 4:Place a trigger_hurt that should cover all the scientists.

Step 5:You are done!Now when you choose easy,the scientist which has ''only in easy'' property will die and trigger the changelevel.and other will do the same for only in medium,only in hard and for their own maps.

Also, I have 3ds max, that's the ultimate mapping experience. I'm an artist more than a mapper, and more an animator as well. I have stories to tell, things to say. That's why my maps are uniqe. I put much effort of not only design, but background story and feeling into it. For every map i realease, there is a deep story that should follow, but i haven't released the writings because you guys wouldn't care much to read them. Mapping and mapping with a purpose are different. Same thing, but the attitude and thought put to it affects the outcome
