What exactly goes wrong for you? Do they simply not appear? Do you get the big obnoxious ERROR model? Pink and black checkered textures? More info, please.

The only problem I can think about while doing this is some of the Episode Two model textures using the latest texture version, in which case you'll have to convert 'em.

Actually, out of the three people currently "in charge" of TWHL3 only one prefers Firefox. Myself and Ant are Opera men (well Opera man and Opera boy ;) ).

It seems <canvas> is supported by both anyway, so I guess it's in Penguinboy's court (because he is the coder) as to whether it's actually worth using, if it hasn't been already.

The trees and fern models are 'borrowed' from CS:S and I'm just reskinning them.

The grass is pretty easy, I think it's just:

"%detailtype" "tf_grass"

In the vmt, I may have to check that. After that I simply recoloured the detail/detailsprites.vmt texture.

Oh. A BlockLOS toolbrush might do the trick, I'm not sure how the sentry operates.

EDIT:

Some new screens of my volcano map.

For example, I was recently applying for Social Security disability benefits on behalf of an older friend of mines online about two months ago, but this federal government website made it mandatory the use of Internet Explorer! You see, these so called "badly written, malformed scripts" as you put it, are actually the norm in much of today's business, government and to some extent, entertainment websites.
And what? It's not possible for them to be dipping their fingers into other peoples pockets, is it? You've never heard of money-grabbing corporations marketing subpar products? Cramming bullshit down the throats of people who honestly don't know any better, or otherwise 'buying' peoples loyalty?

ViennaSlide has a huge collection of stock photos of some of the worlds most amazing buildings.

Go to Archives, then Search Tree. It's all in German at the moment, but it's easy enough to navigate the tree and just stumble upon some great architecture ("Architektur" > "Architektur in Paris" would have to be one of my favourites).

Yep, i'm doing it up and it's covering pretty much everything. Lightmap scale, HDR, optimisation, theory (harmony and contrast), focus, all the little lighting entities etc.

It's about half done, but I've gotten particularly lazy with it. >_>

All I know so far is that for some reason Episode Two mods reference the SDK base instead of Episode Two, and so they can't find the files necessary.

A somewhat temporary fix at the moment is to copy the .dll's from the Episode Two folder to your mods BIN folder (they might already be there, though). Also, open the mod's gameinfo.txt and change the references at the bottom from the SDK Base to Episode Two and the Appid from the SDK base (420 I think) to Episode Two (215.. I think again).

It's not proper, but it gets the mod working. I don't think Valve have release a proper fix yet, and If there's one thing we all know, it won't be for some time. It also sometimes frigs up Hammer for your mod, so just build it in Episode Two, then copy the files over when it's done.
