The turret must face torward 0(east) in hammer the angle in game is set with the' pitch yaw roll' value! ;)

How do you make a game_player_hurt heal the player like what Pyroclasm did in his example map! :
I understood the part about the negative damage but I did it and it doesn't work. :nervous:

I have trigger_relays that target that game_player_hurt and they kill some models. They aren't the problem for they kill the models but the game_player_hurt doesn't work! :cry:

Game_Player_Hurt:

Name: heal1
Damage To Apply: -15

Flags:
Remove On Fire: Not ticked

The trigger_relays target fields are right,the trigger state is on and there aren't any other entities exept the button that targets a train that targets those trigger_relays! :nervous:

What do you mean by the train's sound? The train movment sound or the speaker's sound? : If it's the speaker then they just made it play every where! And if you mean the train's movment sound then did you make two trains move in the same time with the same sound for I think I read in tommy's page that if you will do it you won't be able to hear the sounds! :tired:

When you use one of those fade textures,the one used to create volumatric lights,on additive/solid render mode the black doesn't show up in game but when I use the tnnl_map/+0lab1_cmpm2/+0lab1_cmpm3/lab1_c
mpm5/lab1_cmpm6/lab1_cmpm7 the black parts doesn't disapear! How did they make them disapear with the fade textures???? :confused:
Now I made one of those fade textures,fades from red to black,and it worked! I called it EY_FADE and I created it using photoshop and I didn't do any coding. Then why didn't it work when I used those textures? They have black parts. :zonked:

Use hammer 3.5 and the line will show up or view that point file through the game! ;) Do you have that help file that comes with worldcraft 2.1/3x/hammer 3.4 cause there is a tutorial in there about it? :|

I'm making the minimod know and I have a little quastion! I wont need to change anything in the map if I'll move the models to mymod/models directory,Right? Could stay like this- models/model.mdl :nervous: And if I'll put sounds in mymod/sounds/player with the same name of ones that are in valve/sounds/player,will they replace the the regular sounds when I'm playing my minimod?

Quake 2 uses sprites! The BFG's shot is made out of doom's BFG's shot sprite and they added an explotion sprite to the .pak that was never used. For some shots they used particels made out of sprites like the bluster's shot's trile, BFG had little particles around him and the rail gun's shot. : Most of the stuff are models! Like the hiperbluster and the bluster's shots, explotions(that looks alot better then Hl1's more real and 3D),monsters(of course),grandes and missiles(of course)...well there are other stuff that I don't remember. :tired:
