You should just get interwebs. It's probably cheaper than a phone data plan anyhow.

You trashed the interior of the headlight?
You're not supposed to clean them from the inside, that's why they don't rightfully just open up.
Your best bet is to get on line and do some OEM headlight shopping.
You can get them separate but I'd just buy a set...

How come you can't get updates on your PS3? All you have to do is connect to the internet.
Unless PS3 really sucks that much more than 360?

Satchmo Hendrix Jr.

What is he singing? Sounds like he's saying "Good Day." Teach him to say "mate" at the end and you've instantly made him Australian.
I'm sure PenguinBoy and others here can vouch for that. :>

Just finished seeing Big Busty Blondes 63, and I must say the movie was great!
It was intense from the get go, so much happening at once...

Not actually sure if that's REALLY a movie but, I thought it fit.

As for your mouse, I'm not to sure i dig it because:
A.) It's pretty huge
B.) It looks like it's made of metal and has multiple big dents
C.) The color is weird

I'll stick with my Logitech G3, 5 buttons, DPI button, and modestly small.

How hard is it to make a flu vaccine? I thought most flu shots were just a dead version of the influenza injected into your body to teach it how to fight it. Not preventing you from getting it exactly, but definitely speeding up recovery. Is it that hard to get a sample to work with or something? Swine flu should be second-nature otherwise...

What a cycle of terror. But this may be good new. We talked to a mechanic we frequently work with for our lot cars, and he said that by the sound of it, the problem may lie in a broken flywheel. 3-400$ fix. More than a supercharger, less than half a new motor.
Commented 15 years ago2009-05-29 16:12:26 UTC in journal: #5827 Comment #52528
Yeah 3800 motors are common. But still $1000 to get one in my car.
It didn't sound like bottom end noise, it was more like a rattling noise, and it was just horrid. Car stalled out and died a few times, specifically while in reverse, which kind of made me think tranny, which would be worse, considering putting one in any car is typically a $2000 deal. But my dad looked at it and told me it was the motor, and that is was smoked.

One observation my dad my was the 3800 motor and the 3800 SC motors were different to an extent, and you couldn't supercharge the normal 3.8 due to having a weaker bottom end and such, and we replaced the motor once before, so we're wondering if the supercharger blew the motor...

When, if, we have the money ever, we'll fix it and sell it. I'm done with it, he's done with it, simple as that.

TL;DR: Motor is trashed, car is getting sold when possible, and i wont be driving for awhile.

Yeah. 6 days still hurts for me though.
Not to mention, most, if not all, summer too. Once it's fixed the mechanical nightmare is gone. If it ever gets fixed...

If they came to the area. Once again, other end of town, I'm technically SUPPOSED to be going to the school over here. But I'm not.

At least I only have 6 days of torture left until we're out. Terrible timing on my car's part anyhow. sigh
Commented 15 years ago2009-05-28 16:21:50 UTC in journal: #5828 Comment #51870
Also examine and estimate. KNOW the car you're driving. How much space do I have that I can't really see? If it's your parents car I'd hope you know it, if it's a DOT car of the sort, it's probably a Chevy Impala or Mitsubishi Galant.

i did get a ride today. and they ALL live on the other end of town. its far enough. and she did too, but she's a good person so yeah. =P

and yeah, many people will just say "slap a belt on the engine and drive w/o a supercharger", yeah this car doesn't work that way. its all in the computer and i'd spend more to do that than to put a new SC on it.

i've wanted the cloak and dagger more than anything so i think its worth it. and they said an average player takes 2 weeks to get everything, doing this should have me done by this week. i mean, it is 8 hours on a normal school today (from the time i leave to the time i get back)

Wow, Fallout 3 sounds intense. O_o
And I do quite like RPG's a lot. Also there is pretty much no limit to most. There is almost ALWAYS something to do. If you've finished the main storyline stuff, plenty of side stuff to do.
