You can play them both in versus already. I did Death Toll, it was a blast, and as far as I could tell completely 'done' and set up properly for versus. You need your own server to set it up, though, I'm sure you can google the instructions.
afaik Valve just hasn't made them available yet.

I read an article of farcry2 on PCGames magazine(romanian translation). From what I understand, farcry2 has potential but isn't much of an entertaining game.
At least, AFRICAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !

I hear tons of that stuff about messing up hammer and junk, but I've never had that happen to me, not with my x1950, not with my 3850, and not with the ATI card I had previous to that. Hmm, I don't know

Luckily I haven't got the red ring of death yet, and I'm hoping that I'll never get it. (Although chances are that I just jinxed it and I'm going to get it within the next week)

I've never used anything but an Nvidia card, ever since my first GeForce 4 MX 440. I still have it, and it's working great! Never had any issues with Nvidia, and seeing as ATI messes up Hammer and junk, it makes ATI seem pretty crappy. I wouldn't ever buy an ATI card, I think. Not in the current market, anyway.

Well now I've actually got it to work again. Just had to un-do the changes. Only problem now is that every time I play a game, up comes Blue Screen with something on the lines of "nv4_disp.dll" which happens to be something about the nVidia drivers. Gonna update them soon.

And my second comment was stating fact: a lot of console devs do make terrible PC ports. It's not the PC's fault, it's the game dev's fault. ANYWAY. This journal is about RROD's, not console wars.

Saw, only reason those GTA games were "balls" for you was probably because you weren't using a gamepad, were you? It's unbelievable how much they enhanced the graphics in San Andreas.
Oh and by the way, no that's not just Penguinboy's opinion. It's only common sense that PC's have a higher potential than consoles, and there's nothing about being a PC that prevents them from playing a game the same as a console.

Penguinboy, isn't what you just said your opinion too, and that you also need to move on?
Just a few words there
I too also had the same problem with my 360 and thought that my previously 1 year only warranty had run out. Luckily, their huge number of repiars needed caused them to raise all warrants for 3 years. Hooray!
I never sent it off though. I just kinda forgot to do so.

That's because the devs suck at making good ports, not because a console plays better. Now didn't I tell you all to stop the console debates? Everyone has their own opinion, live with it and move on.

I got my 360 for the shit PC can't play, or play as well. Such as GTA4. Any and every GTA game I've played on PC as compared to a console was balls. With Mirror's Edge's lack of real use of weaponry and focus mainly on movement, I'm sure it has easier control too. Anything movement wise probably does with sensitivity on pressure as compared to none at all. Not even sure how Splinter Cell sold on PC.
Instead of gunplay they should have given the player a camera and let them take pictures of wildlife.

I have updated the image URL. Can you see it now?
FarCry 2 is fun in small and infrequent doses. If you try to play this game from beginning to end in one sitting, it's going to feel repetitive.
I play it for only a few hours a week, and it's a visually stunning game.

See ya.
That was the first time I had added the game to steam as a non steam game, and tried running it with the game overlay.
So I stopped doing that, and haven't got that problem since. Weird.
I just got the 360 for when mates are round."
Same. Although it's a PS3 for me and my mate with a flashed 360.
PC always remains at the top for me simply because I have better control playing, editing and doing other things at the same time.
Don't be like me!
Personally, I will never use Nvidia, I've used their cards before, I gave them a chance, but they screwed me over too many times.
I had so many problems with it, and I can't really say that I found solutions to any of them.
