Again someone younger becomes a mod Well to be honest I worked for HL2files for a while before some guy called Asslicker I mean Azzkiker comes along out of nowhere and says he don't need me no more.

I can map for HL1, but not with as much ease as I used to be able to, due to the OpenGL preview window in 3.5. I can preview the map fine, but can't select brushes in 3D. It's a pain in the arse, so I'll just wait until a certain sollution comes along.
However, I only actually want to map for HL1 to finish HS. Source is infinitely better in every way. It's got a ridiculously better system for handling entities and triggers, is sexier and allows you to do so much more.
People who don't make the plunge (I used to be one of them until i was forced to change) are kidding themselves.
Definitely buying HL. Been planning on doing that for a long time. And now is a golden opportunity to do that. Also that BMS update is fucking awesome.

Happy Birthday HL, and Kudos to Valve. Especially for releasing all the programs and files that made Mods such as CS, TFC and USS Darkstar Possible, as well as being the most supportive to the Mapping/Modding comunity...
Tetsu0: I don't think they plan on releasing Xen screenshots, they want that to be a whole new experience. Something tells me they're really fixing up the crappy platformer elements.

..... No comment. I'll ask daubster to put this on the hldm server. The map is just fantastic. The only issue are the windows. Too much bullets for them to break.
Thanks a lot.

Have a cookie.
What's your other one?
"I've told myself countless times I'm beautiful..."
Where I'd reply with yes, yes you are.
And Vista works fine with old stuff now. Ask Hunter.
I know for a fact I'm going to finish my C&C 3 cine-mod before I do so, however.
Now I have to change my underwear...
...because I came in them you see?
Happy Birthday Release version 1 of Half-Life. I'm sure the next 10 years will be just as grand.
Didn't work out too well.
I'm a tired and irritable bastard those days.
Good thing I have another computer that doesn't!
Ill review it afterschool.
Whoa, one number off. Nice.

Looking at what they've done with BMS really makes me want to switch to Source mapping...
edit: happy birthday half-life! i wish you to find that other half of your missing life!
happy birthday half life

Fantastic, 5 stars
The first 3 Half-Life mods I played were Counter-Strike, WantedHL and Absolute Redemption, and they are still some of my favourites.
Amazing level design as always.
So Black Mesa is not dead yet. Good.
