(i didn't read the other's comments)
k. Architecture is pretty bleh except for the keyslots and door forcefields are done believably. Scale is off a bit for the first room--ceiling too too low--, boringly textured, and the door barriers are just kinda weird unless they are meant to look like oot--which i never played.
I couldn't make it to the third door or the door after the room floods and didn't know what to do--the sequence and triggers were flawless btw. I'm not the greatest at puzzles so could totally be me.
since it seems to be a wip i won't rate right now, but if i had too it'd be a 3 i guess.
sorry if overly harsh... = )

Striker, Now you can try making the cool glass that breaks in parts and the ragdolls and the completely awsome Prop_physics!!! (No, I'm not mocking you, I'm jealous) EDIT: No seriously, I'm jealous.
Do not get paid, they are all devoted Half-Life fans. What they're doing is simply MASSIVE, so it must really suck for them the amount of abuse they get for taking so long.
spag i agree. since last time ive entered that site they've got so much more content done. man i wonder who makes this stuff and do they get payed. they could make serious money out of that mod

| Spoilers Below! | V =============== V
this looks quite impressive and i've only been through the first level. What i've noticed so far: +great detailing and nice architecture in general +great use of small seperate ambients, bravo! +Fun gameplay not too hard not too easy +multi-faceted or staged puzzle, not just one button to find or one thing to do, but a sequence you must travail +nice lighting +good use of effects such as sprites, beams, etc.
i loved that the first level you have to push the pushables to float upon... it reminded me of portal in a way. also loved the geometry of the crystal globe and the design of the cliffs... All very Nice.
I'm going 5 for only playing the first level, considering the amount of work that went into it, and you have half a dozen more, it's only fitting this gets a 5-star rating imo. I'll comment on the rest wehn i've had time to play it! = )

Cant say anything about the gaeplay yet as i havent had time to play it with someone online yet, but the layout looks decent, with a few minor things that could be different, although discard that last comment, since i havent played it yet ^_^.
The style is pretty consistent, nothing we havent seen yet, but you succeeded in your goal off keeping it simple ,which owns you a Twinkie!!
Il get back to you when i have DM' ed it with someone(read - muzz, if i can get him to put down L4D;))

Fun to play around. I like how the jump module is hard to get. Might need a few more weapons, But for 5 hours, and no custom textures, it's damn cool. 4 stars and i love the fosters and pizza hut. Pure genius.

I'll download right now.
[EDIT] Your map is quite fun to play , but a little monotone in texturing. And again, like many maps(I think I have a map were I don't have no sound at all but the rest of my maps have at least one sound as an ambience) yours doesn't have at least a sound for ambience. And you should have written(is this the correct spelling?:D) on the walls how to use the beer and pizza. I only noticed after 5 minutes that I have to press USE near them ;))
Well the layout sounds fun , you should improve the map and release a second version

Beer and pizza? If you were to throw in some buffalo wings, you'll have the perfect eat-a-thon for a NFL game. Damn it, you got me hungry now! I have to go out now and get myself some pizza and beer. Oh yea, I'll checkout your map as soon as I am done pigging out.....

Yeah, the whole ultra-cubic exterior thing is lifted straight from the original (although the interior was a little more creative than that of the original...) I guess I could have gone for an octagonal lab, or something less symmetrical, but then I'd have never got the darn thing finished! (Spent too many nodes and other resources on the rock terrain! :-))
And as for the windows ... my windows are ALWAYS too strong! Not sure what's happening there...

I'm in the same boat as Tetsu0, unfortunately that boat is sinking. Fast
With the ever-increasing conflicts with half-life and my newer hardware (my graphics card in particular) I know for a fact I'm switching completely to source after I finish my C&C3 cine-mod. I'm thinking I'll scrap my original mod project too, the space station one. Maybe I'll continue it later in source.
Simply put. Go to source, its the way of the future.

Rather odd, there were reports of a storm (and bitching on whats being done to protect Stanley park). Interestingly enough, a 'storm' hardly showed up, yet power nearly went out several times.
I dunno if its heading east, thats probably something to check the weather for in the nest few days.

Glad you could use my textures!
The map's got really awesome rock terrain that's not visible from screenshots at all. I felt the squareness of the main structure was just too overwhelming though. It's just a really strange map, it's got a kind of old-school inventive spirit you don't see much anymore with everybody shooting for ultra-realistic urban settings and such.

Edit: and oh yeeah, co-op will be really awesome!
