Why can't Spike type "series?"

Don't forget this fact:
As the world's population is approximately 6.7 billion, China represents a full 20% of the world's population so one in every five people on the planet is a resident of China.

No. Mandarin and Hindi is more spoken, both as native language and as secondary language.
That's what I have read.

After watching the first 4 episodes, it's a bit unfair to call it a series without a plot. You need to watch it 'til the end to understand it, or even watch them again, to get the full picture. It depends on how much attention you pay to the details.

It's a series, where you need to think after watching it, and you don't get everything handed to you in terms of story in the first episodes.

As for the animation - it's minimalistic, but I wouldn't call it horrible. I for example, like it. It fits with the mood of the whole series.

Lain is strange and isn't your usual anime, but that's why I like it.

It indeed is, fascinating language. Although, isnt Spanish spoken by even more people?

This serie is like watching a film with no plot

and the animation is horrible

You can't call me an adrenaline junkie, I like calm series, I hate Naruto and all this kind of common shit, but this serie is just bad.

HL2 has been played for more than 100k people Skals. But it's not a game you play each day, wow nerds play it all the day.

Mandarin is the official language for Taiwan and China.

More people speak Mandarin as their native language than English.

What everyone else said, especially about lighting being very poor ('cept for screenie 4, it's pretty nice there).

Arcitecture is pretty decent, though could use some more detail in screenies 5 (good to see you're paying attention to ceiling detail) and 6 (more vertical stuff like beams and pipes to break up the horizontal detail).

Texturing's alright, though I personally find that metal trim texture applied to the sides of that hole in Scrn. 3 pretty unfitting. If you were to extend those vertical supports through that hole, it'd look so much better imo.

Keep up the good work.

Ok i played it. im going to be harsh but its because of pure reality.

- no hev suit
- no crowbar or any other guns form the start (i had to pick up dead barny guns when they died)
- very short
- one of the buttons opened both of the doors, and then the one at the end when pressed closed the last door so i couldnt get out.
- those doors are too fast for big metal doors.
+ you made a cube. yay!

Oh god, ce centre serveur est horrible!

Skals, i would lower that water trench to make it more obvious. There are some fine HL textures in halflife.wad to simulate corrosion. I see no corrosion at all on the third screenshot.

Yes, the atmosphere is definitely one of the strongest aspects of the series, and it really got me hooked in.

And yeah, it is short, but long enough to confuse the shit out of me, with quite a few protagonists having multiple alter-egos :o

EDIT:

Spike: It's not for everyone. Especially not for adrenaline junkies. Just because you don't like this kind of stuff, doesn't mean, that it's shit.

Dude. the water is 2 units lower than the floor. better yet, it has a 8 unit trench wich creates the effect of acid errosion. whats wrong with that?

Also the way it turns, maybe drop it down like a short waterfall there its not as weird.
