So0k3y,, there is no way I want people to PAY for this mod.
I want this mod to be popular, and to pay for it, it is the most stupid way to make it popular, it just makes people think, WTF IS THESE GUYS THINKING? PAY FOR A MOD/3RD PARTY GAME?

No way sk0k3y, I just hope that this in one of these jokes of yours.

I like this one, it is easy to spray on, for example, a wall.
It leaks details and stuff and that's realistic.
But, I think it should contain something more,, I just don't know what.. :S

btw, DustReko, our russian voice actor, he gave up.
He is no longer in the crew.
So, we are looking for a dude who got a cool accent ans speaks Russian for our terrorist voices.
We also just got a new voice actor, speaks english for some terrorists.

HL2 wasn't HL be cause that part of the story couldn't be HLish.
HLish is, lab enviroment and weird hightech stuff, or just a dark walk with something hiding in the darkness.
HL2 isn't hlish be cause it had to be in town.
I bet gordon and the other guys would like to stay in black mesa and poke on those aliens ever more.
They had to run away.
There for, in to the city!

I bet HL3 will be a lot HLish, be cause I bet you will be a lot on Xen, kicking Gmans ass.

What I think:

1. Opposing force
2. Half-life
3. Half-life 2
4. Blue shift

Even if HL2 appared on 3:rd place, it was very good!
There is a big differens on the suxorg scale between HL2 and blue shift.
Opposing force is my favorite be cause it was much harder than HL1, and, it,, well, it was just great. :)
HL1 is better than HL2 be cause HL1 is more Half-lifeish

Slasher_101: Do you think al the concept of t-tab is enough to make the map? Be cause, well, the rest it just, city, just, make it looks like you're some where (not in the middle of a high populated place like, outside a casino, but, more like a dead street with a store and next to the stote there is a layer, and on the other side of the street, there is a computer store, therefor, they have bars over the windows (and it is not open be cause it is night and the time is between 1 or 3 on the night.)

Argh! Long forum posts. This will take me some time to read and, mainly understand.

After reading and understanding the first part of sm0k3ey's first post:
Why don't you make a training map?
You know how to use triggers, and func_buttons, maby some train tracks to make shooting ranges, right?
No concept needed for a training map, just, make a indoor training center, after doing something (trigger or func_button) you move on to the next section.
Need textures? Ask daubster and he'll make some and I'll compile it for you.

All of these cases in our mod is connected, it is all by the same terrorist leugue.
So we need to make them a special sign that they have on their arms for example, maby on the back.

Me and sm0k3y had a long discussion about the new name and the background base line.
The name S.W.A.T. Echo 12 doesn't make sense, as me and pepper agreed to.
So me and sk0k3y had a little chat about this, and the name Blue thunder came up.
This name fits, be cause this isn't really SWAT, this is an international special force, that is trying to stop a league that has marked several spots around the world.
An other question came up, who is the big guy, taking care of this team?
How about the UN?
This is a bit in the future, I would say, 2008 maby?
So no one knows what will happen in the future so that suggestion is POSSEBLE wich is al that matters.

Ok, so this big guy (help me make up a name) collects 5 of the very best UN soldiers and makes a team, the blue thunder.

(THIS IS STILL THE SAME GAME, THE STORY ISN'T CHANGED AT ALL! JUST THE NAME AND THE BASE OF THE STORY)

So, who votes for?
I vote for this idea, but let the people and the crew talk! :)

You can do anything with the point_view control, it is for example used in BG maps.
If you want the movie to start on spawn, you simply make an on spawn output on it, and you can make it swich, or, just fly around or get teleported to different places using path_tracks

Yeah, HL2 mapping is just the same as CS!
I would say, CS is a bit harder be cause it has to be a tactical battle field..
So, you would fit in good in our mod be cause this is swat, and CS > CT is swat, just a bit un realistic! :P

I think pepper uses Gmax and milkshape to make models.
Else, we al use hammer (exept for those who isn't mappers)

Hey pepper, just relised something.
We are spending loads of time to make new models, when we can decompile and remake old models.
So I suggest, after we have finnished the pistole and the P90, we remodel the SMG and make it an MP5, I could take care of remaking animations and fixing the sprites in to their right positions.
We could also remodel the magnum to, a five seven..?
I know a friend wich knows where to download a model de compiler, so no problem on that part.
Secondly, I could learn a lot by doing this.
I want to know a bit about modeling too, you know. :)
