That's tough man, must be really shit to hear someone you've seen probably daily for months or potentially years suddenly pass away. Unfortunately the virus is going to affect all of us in some way, some worse than others - we all just need to stick together ( at least 2 metres apart though ) and stay strong.
It depends on how you're traveling. A bus, you just tap in once you're on. Nearly all underground stations have barriers, so you'd need to tap the exit barriers in order to get out. A few stations will not have barriers so there'll be some clearly indicated places to tap out. Rule of thumb, you shouldn't be able to leave a building without tapping on a reader somewhere w.r.t rail

I can't imagine what's going through your head. It's a pretty common procedure nowadays, so I'm sure it will go smoothly. It will all go fine, I'm sure

Agreed with Archie, one of us could pick up the slack in your downtime, because honestly the videos are really meaningful as an archive and the fact you've already done so many so frequently speaks so much about your dedication to it

Victor, have you considered that the reason why so many people are illegally coming into America is because the legal immigration system is nothing but a trainwreck? It'd take even a middle class white person like myself at least two and up to ten years to actually be able to officially migrate to the States. What about those running for their lives from Cartels which the USA have essentially enabled with their war on drugs, who can't guarantee they're going to be alive by the next month? The border needing to be secure argument is moot because the majority of illegal immigrants come from folks flying in and overstaying their Visa, NOT from literally crossing the border.
Nobody here is arguing about whether the kids have PS4s or air con or whatever. Even if they were in the most luxurious facilities the states had to offer, that doesn't negate that they are separating children from their families, inducing PTSD levels of stress in the families, holding their children hostage unless they sign deportation orders, and even forcing toddlers to appear in court on their lonesome. There's more going on in these detention facilities than meets the eye, for definite. Senators are only allowed access to them two weeks after requesting it, and whistleblowers have actively been stopped by the DHS Something is going on that is worse than air con and PS4s. Surelyto see why this is far from the life of luxury you seem to be saying these people are having?
I see absolutely no reason why having this ridiculous protocol remotely helps the numbers you state of immigrants encountering some form of sexual abuse or assault - surely if anything implies the current methods do not work and need to be improved in a less hitlerish way?

Dim, I know you're right wing but this normalisation of what's going on is just sickening. The rhetoric you're spewing that I've seen from Fox News and the like makes me Ill. Lol media agenda
At what point do you draw the line? When it's your family? Because it clearly doesn't matter because these aren't American children or families, these are people who are overflowing your country (fundamentally incorrect), who are defined by being either criminals or not, deliberately breaking the law and it's the parents fault that they're separated from their kids, they broke the law - what else are we meant to put them? Ok, trump may calm down a bit but it's his rabid racist fanbase and cronies like Devin Nines and Cohen who will push for things that he can't.
This is LITERALLY how the nazi regime started. There is no hyperbole or exaggeration anymore. It's reality.
What do you mean WHEN the administration become extremist? The administration ARE extremist. They're already there, I'm sorry. Calling immigrants inhuman, rapists and murders. Defending their separation because they aren't American children. Trump signing an order due to public pressure rather than it maybe being an extremely fucked up thing to do ( oh and the order means fuck all, they're not going to be able to reunite families and the indefinite detention will continue). Trump and his rich white old men openly dislike homosexuals, are openly sexist, have ACTIVELY DEFENDED NEO NAZIS- is it just when they actually start murdering people that you'll say "oh wait maybe it's too far"?
I know you've got questionable views because you stood outside a university and wore a diaper because... Something? But this? Enabling this sort of behaviour? What the fuck man

St Paddy's was carnage in Edinburgh. My best guess is people always appreciate a day where it's socially acceptable to get completely rat arsed at midday.. throwback to when they were younger I guess.

Depends on the distro. The one i've used before is Puppylinux and frequently used scientific linux @ university - it's very straightforward and fairly easy to use if you have a brain!

as in have you lost all your files?
If so, try loading it in something like puppy linux, that might be able to read some files. If not, CCleaner has some file recovery stuff I think. If you haven't lost anything, just use diskpart and maybe backup stuff just in case.

Thanks guys. Think I'm going to focus more on high performance computing and parallelism (if I'm able to, that was the plan before I fucked up ) - game dev is definitely a hobby and judging from what I've heard, is nightmarish to make a career out of - the thought is appreciated anyhow daub.

@Shepard : Regardless, an SSD is an inexpensive upgrade that's practically well worth it in any situation. You would (in practicality) more out of an SSD than you would a Graphics Card

i am absolutely not surprised by this
i think you should watch 2 girls 1 cup, that was easily the coming-of-age / "what is wrong with this world" video that fucked up my generation
although in all honesty, as much as you are totally allowed to have your own fetishes of any scope ( within legal limits ), it's not something that's really shared online and not really shared in reality. It's a very intimate thing that can cause others to be prejudiced towards you.
However, there are exceptions - people know far too much about my personal life from drinking games, for better or worse

Just watched a couple videos from it, that looks like it would've been absolutely amazing! Shame the hydro's acoustics are a bit meeeh but hey ho, they're an old band, glad you managed to see them whilst they're still on two feet!

There's a couple handy programming languages that are good to know;
By far the most in-use language ( not necessarily popular ) is Java. That's a great one to learn. Python is very similar to java except more of a scripting language than a programming one. C / C# is very good as well.
There's a few other ones like Ruby & Haskell, however they aren't remotely as popular or in as much use as thsoe other 3.

It was a huge time commitment, that would be much better spent actually focussing on studies rather than spending 6 hours a day 3 days a week rehearsing. Cheers for the positive thoughts guys!
Striker : Depending on how well I do this year, I either have one or two more years. My degree is Computational Physics, so it's quite heavy on the coding and analysis side; we've a quantum computing project this year that I'm fairly excited about. I don't think research / academia is the correct path for me, but the skills I'll learn would hopefully make me fairly good at data analysis or modelling of some description.

I literally didn't know the answer to half of these even with some googling, so i'll just take potatis_invalid's answer.

Oh come on , that's a dead givaway.
You're a big man now, only two years away from being a pretend grown up like the rest of us!
so it's just 310(0.1)
(happy belated birthday )
1*2^4 + 0*2^3 + 1*2^2 + 1*2^1 + 0*2^0 = (10110)_{2} = 22
muchos gracias alles. next year I'm putting in some nasty formula
