Tito: MVC is a design pattern, but I wasn't referring to that directly. Yes, ASP.NET MVC is one framework that follows the pattern, but other frameworks include Ruby on Rails (ruby), Zend, CakePHP, (php), spring (java), etc etc.
For a site in ASP I'd use ASP MVC as it is the best MVC framework I've used. For PHP I was using CakePHP for a while but it has a few painful areas so I've switched to one called Kohana which I've found to be better.
Basically in terms of web coding, if you're not using MVC, you're doing it completely wrong. (And yes, this means that TWHL is completely wrong.)

I wouldn't get a Wii (if I didn't already have one). There's really no decent games for it. If you want the most games available, the obvious choice is the 360, but if you want a bit more functionality on the hardware side you might want to think about the PS3.
The best way to go about it is to see which games you want to play on each console, and get the console that has the most games on your list. Most games are multiplatform (at least most of them are released on both Xbox and PS3) nowadays anyway. Also, if you plan on playing online, you have to pay for Xbox Live, but you don't have to for the Playstation Network.
Personally, the only exclusive game (meaning that it only gets released on one of the three consoles) that I'm currently interested in is Uncharted 2, for PS3.

Once this compo is over we're going to review our compo judging process Don't worry, we'll try to stop this from happening again. For now just be patient and wait until Daub and Grim have the time to write up the results.

If you really want PhysX, you're better off getting a cheap Nvidia 9 series card. At least it'll be useful for someone else once the novelty wears off.

Watercooling does more damage than good. Also, why bother with it if you don't plan on overclocking?
Also, SLI is kinda a waste of money. Twice the price, only about 30% extra performance. It's probably a better idea to keep one of those 9600's and use it as a dedicated physics card with a single high-end card.

Well I did say that I'll ask Daubster, but you must have missed that. I've played all the entries and I know who I'd give first place to, but I don't have time to write it up.

Results? Oh lawd. Dunno about Grim but I have literally ZERO free time to judge the results (which takes a fair amount of time). Uni is eating my time like nothing else. I got home from uni at 1AM the other day D:
Rest assured that we haven't forgotten about you guys but Grim is busy starting uni and I'm busy finishing it. I might see if I can employ Sir Daubster to do the write-ups.

Your problem could have been fixed by deleting ClientRegistry.blob and restarting Steam. But instead, you didn't ask someone for help and you ended up like this.
Steam is a fantastic program. Yes, it has a few bugs here and there, but they're easily fixed if you just ask people who know how to use it.
If anything shows that you're too immature, it's this post. Read what Grim said for a more detailed explanation.
Enjoy playing on cracked servers with all the other script kiddies and "hax0rs".

I have a PS3 but only use it as a media server. In that sense, PS3 would be better than 360 (SHOCK HORROR) because it has more built-in features (HDD, WiFi, etc)

Tet: browser forward (to compliment the thumb button back). I've gotten used to my current mouse and I don't particularly want to change. My mousewheel is screwed though :/
Jeff: liar! don't believe crap that you read on the interwebs without a legit source to back it up.
Hunter: your mouse has a pinkie button? What model is it?

Make sure you learn yourself some MVC :>
Unless you're not doing any code (learn it anyway!).

I regretted it.
Anyway, was the van okay? Any paint scratches?
Gives a new meaning to "finger food"!

Don't close an img tag with /> unless you're using XHTML. Regular HTML has no /. Same with the <link> element, and any others you have.

I play a few games on it, I guess. Like Uncharted, and RE5.
Also, NO TABLES!
Strider: The upcoming release of 'The Hole in the Ground'! Starring Signwriter Steve and his pet goanna!
EDIT: I'll definitely make a better one for September fool's day.
Sounds fun, but useless
